I was in a dark place in 2014. I was 24, unemployed, no income or social life and lived at home with my parents. I genuinly think this film saved my life. After watching it, no other movie mattered, or anything else in life for that matter. That may sound like a bad thing but it meant my negative thoughts, anxiety and depression didnt seem to matter anymore. I had this melody on repeat falling asleep every night. 10 years later I have a well paid job, car, house with a mortgage, fiance. Thank you Hans Zimmer an dChristopher Nolan for getting me through such a dark place!
@Re_mad7 I’m in the same boat, I need help please I know everyone’s journey is different and everyone gets through rough things differently but I need help and I wish you can tell me what’s the best thing to do
How did he capture such a perfect soundtrack with like only a few pages of direction from Nolan. So talented. He topped this movie into the best thing I’ve ever watched. Everything was beautiful. The story. The soundtrack. The cinematography.
laying in bed at night at 2 am letting my thoughts wander through the past and present while also fabricating many possible futures still one of my favorite movies of all time
This sound is a perfect representation of physics and space and and the beautiful part is this sound was actually designed to represent a father - daughter bond
The sound of The Cristal Baschet; it's amazing how anyone even thought of such an instrument. Haunting, hypnotic, draining and soothing in one single note.
Same here, in France, I went with 3 of my best friends. We all cried so much, and left very different people. Even me who had already seen it a million times
This sound encapsulates the theme of the movie imo. Which is the mixed emotions of exploration + adventure, loneliness + fear and love + hope. Its the essence of being human in this huge universe. A leap of faith into the abyss, into absolute unknowable darkness, for the future of those we love.
What I love about this piece is the rhythm and notes mimic the sounds of a beacon. Painting the picture of a small vessel lost far far away from any civilization but trying to reach out and communicate it’s location. Essentially Cooper’s ultimate goal. I love Hans and all his pieces but this movie was his magnum opus
This song makes me think about so many life choices i regret. Ideal with constant pressure from others created by my past actions. I cant change the past but I still have control of my future and i plan to make the most of it.
I can't wait to see this movie on the big screen this year. I deeply regretted not seeing it during the original release and am so glad I get a chance.
This masterpiece takes me to another world like, I’ll look back at my mistakes, My achievements and idk why it makes me think I really need to enjoy the present and just live life.
THIS IS A VERY APPRECIABLE GESTURE ON YOUR PART. WE THANK YOU. PUBLISH THE INTERSTELLAR SOUNDTRACKS IN WATER TOWER NOW SINCE IN 2014 IT WAS NOT OFFICIALLY PUBLISHED ON RUclips.
This is the best track from the movie, it’s absolutely amazing the way it builds up one emotion and then just changed and your emotions drop with it ,, its very clever and borderline magic imo
Everytime I watch this movie I dive back in those long evenings when my father would leave me when I was little. Very very bitter and sad memories. This movie help me to heal.
La musica che crea immagine, provoca un viaggio nello spazio, ci sospende ci spinge ci toglie il respiro ci fa salire su su su ma dove? Forte forte fortenon respiro wow❤ Musica fantastica!❤
my wish >>> to meet in person the people whose comments stunned me with their uniquely expressed sensitivity and appreciation for this emotional piece by Hans Zimmer - and watch this movie together. i don't know many people who would have such beautiful reactions as i read below.
I feel this is the music that would be played in a realm we cannot perceive as the soul is leaving the human body & the process of death or reincarnation begins
Somehow this music captures curiosity, sadness, and loneliness
I bet that was the goal, knowing how the theme of Interstellar is isolation.
Exactly, it describes humans, with the outer space.
Also, it captures the vastness of the universe itself which humanity cannot fathom.
👽
Closely connected concepts.
Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory...
Exactly
So true😞
Yes😢
Until you realise they were all valuable
I just finished watching it again. A movie like this comes around once in a few decades. Beautiful storytelling.

@@DavidGonzalez-g7f well whats happening?
That's awesome
This is literally my life right now. Thank you for making this comment.
One of my favorite movies of all time..
X2
It’s amazing how the main melody line just sounds like a lonely spaceship in the void of space just sending off signals into nothingness.
you put the words to the feeling that i couldn't.
You've wrote my feelings into words. 👍🏾👍🏾
You're legend

1:35 "Because my dad promised me"😭
That quote is from Where We're Going, not S.T.A.Y.

When I listen to interstellar's soundtrack I remember my parents
💔😞
♡
Well Hans Zimmer made it imagining a father and children's relationship so...
I also remember this guys parents
I can imagine, as we all come from stardust and to stardust we become again, traveling the universe~
This sound is a perfect representation of physics and space and and the beautiful part is this sound was actually designed to represent a father - daughter bond
Not this one I don't think. That was 'Stay' as opposed to 'S.T.A.Y.'
1:37 breakdown is the best part, hands down.
The sound of The Cristal Baschet; it's amazing how anyone even thought of such an instrument. Haunting, hypnotic, draining and soothing in one single note.

@Tony Ke yeah i watch it yesterday (in tunisia) and inception too
I watched it last year as well, on IMAX here in Sweden. One of my absolute favorite movies. 😍🤩
Same here, in France, I went with 3 of my best friends. We all cried so much, and left very different people. Even me who had already seen it a million times

"Do not let me leave, Murph" 😢
The movie that proves the sheer importance and impact that human curiosity and intuition to explore has on the world.
This soundtrack is like a medicine… it will ease your senses. 🎶🎼🎵😌🧘🏽
I agree. This soundtrack and man of steel.
This song makes me think about so many life choices i regret. Ideal with constant pressure from others created by my past actions. I cant change the past but I still have control of my future and i plan to make the most of it.
Every time i hear this music i feel goosebumps in my entire body
I just taught myself how to play a simplified version of this on a piano app and I love it even more now.
the whole melody is based on pronounciation of "stay" . Such a masterpiece ✨🔥
That sudden push in heart feeling 1:37
This moment of the movie always makes me cry
I can't wait to see this movie on the big screen this year. I deeply regretted not seeing it during the original release and am so glad I get a chance.
Same buddy
We r going as well! Super Excited!!!!!
Did you get to see it? I saw it yesterday at my local cinema, the experience was absolutely incredible
A lot of people get the space song wrong. And pretty sure Zimmer knows what he's doing ❤
Whenever I hear my eyes are full of tears and simple.....
This song makes me regret so many of the decisions I made, the things I did, the words I said and the time I wasted
Right here, right now. Still a banger from Mr.Zimmer
Remember to watch Interstellar every month, and don't forget to add this masterpiece to your car playlist. ❤
The most atmospheric space music I've heard in the most atmospheric space movie I've seen.
Thinking of my two daughters while this plays ❤️ Thank you.
Listen when you are sleeping on your terrace looking at starry sky ❤
Me transporta a otra vida, otro mundo, otra realidad. Me intensifica, me aturde, me duerme.
This masterpiece takes me to another world like, I’ll look back at my mistakes, My achievements and idk why it makes me think I really need to enjoy the present and just live life.
Bunch of Sadness, Loneliness and Nostalgia ❣️
Is it just me or does anyone else automatically starts shedding tears when this plays?

"Make him stay Murph"
That scenes breaks my heart every time especially with this piece in the back.
"Make him stay, Murph. Make him stay..... (sobbing) NO! NO! NO! (more sobbing)"
I hope they play this masterpiece in my cinema aswell
I sometimes wonder. Will I see space? Ever?
This is the best track from the movie, it’s absolutely amazing the way it builds up one emotion and then just changed and your emotions drop with it ,, its very clever and borderline magic imo

In the end we are all alone..
In the end, we look to the heavens, and ask "is anyone there?" and we reply with "Yes"
When I leave this world, I want this to be playing in the background for the transition to the next one… hopefully.
Interstellar is the best Movie ever made who also thinks so pls like

"Make him stay, Murph. Don't let me leave, Murph! D... DON'T LET ME LEAVE, MURPH! NO! NO! NO!! NO!!!"
1:38 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Imagine.
Being alone in the deep cold space... where you only have the nearest black hole as your companion... whom allows you to study on him.
“Dont Let me in Murph"
Pleading someone to STAY... STAY.... STAY
1:39 best moment
