Establishing them may accelerate EVs as once EVs are buyed, the problem is to charge them appears, EVs may replace traditional vehicles reducing Carbon emissions. To achive zero emissions of India by 2070 might be possible even before that. But At least people must make a constructive pressure on the federal government of India.
