What an insane transformation on this farm truck!! Thumbs up and share the video if you enjoyed it! Have a great weekend everyone!
You did a great job
Love your videos man
Hi
@@peytonsavell7200 bruh the no way you already watched this

That pre-rinse just hits different this week
the Hallmark movie writes itself, right? A cute guy who works hard, at a domestic-adjacent job (cleaning vs housekeeping), with a rascally but good-natured twin brother, who isn't afraid to show his artistic side from time to time (with a guitar outro)...
He's just so competent with all his tools... and then the tired but satisfied blinking at the end, accepting that the car is going back to the farm : a-do-ra-ble!
Different bad or different good?
It's like asmr for the eyes!!
@@rob052771 I’m pretty sure she just meant how dirty the truck was and how satisfying it was to see all the dirt get rinsed off lmao. Did you even know what asmr is?
@@rob052771 exactly so why did you assume that girl was drooling over some guy when she was obviously talking about how satisfying it is to watch the dirt get rinsed off?
I don't know why I expected the hole in the floor mat to miraculously disappear when you are done with it, haha!
And then there was a giant piece of compacted mud in a try to cover a hole.
14:39 “sometime some things are too damaged to look new again” that hit😭😂
I love how he does each job with such care, Detail, and precision. You can see why he’s so good at it.

This channel has taught me so much about keeping my vehicle clean that I now need help to overcome my new found aversion to driving in inclement weather.
Same here! In fact, my Chevy Malibu hasn't been as clean as it now is since it was *built*. The thing is, I never had the equipment or the know-how to clean a car this thoroughly before I started watching Mitch's videos.
I started watching even before owning a vehicle just because it relaxes me a lot, but now i have a car and i cuddle her whenever i can LOL
Same! I never knew how to properly clean a vehicle ever since I started watching his videos.
A vehicle is still just a vehicle. Its nice to have a clean one. But people seem to obsess over silliness. This farm truck...exterior dirty the next day. Oh well.

Yes 👏👏👏👏💯💯
I love it when he says yikes after emptying the vacuum 😂
It's the "gross" after emptying the extractor water. If he doesn't say it, I feel cheated.
Good morning everyone! Let's get Detailing!

I grew up on a farm, used to clean my dad's truck, only takes a few months to get this way. Dad never minded me borrowing the truck because it would come back vacuumed, washed, waxed, oil changed and full of gas! The proper way to return dad's truck. PS, the dog rode with him daily.
I grew up on a farm to and the trucks always ended dirty
But I think the food is yuck we always cleaned the food and loose trash out every day
Yeah besides the food this isn't that bad.
@@nathanbaier9929 no the only thing worse is considered totalled
You did that every time you borrowed his truck? Yea i highly doubt that.
@@combatspeed6392 Yes, I did. Thing is we didn't live at the barn so he needed it to drive it back and forth three times a day. Therefore I didn't borrow it very often and only borrowed to carry something that wouldn't fit in the car. I always had my own car since I had my license. The truck was also registered as a farm truck so there were limits to its legal drive-ability. If I were to get stopped far from home I would have to prove the trip it was for farm purposes. They were S10's that weren't that hard to clean or work on. That said, back then I was living at home and I would commonly wash both my parents vehicles, We never had a lot of money, the cars they had were more than they really should have afforded but they really appreciated a nicely waxed car making cleaning them worth the effort. When I was very little I remember my dad waxing the car late at night after a long day in the fields. This was mostly in the 80's-90's cleaning then wasn't like detailing today, but thanks to DG I'm improving on taking care of my truck.
I’m honestly surprised the oats in the cab didn’t sprout 😂 my auntie spilled oats in her hatchback while heading to the barn to see her horse a few years ago and forgot about them. And they actually started growing in her car a few weeks later, it was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen!
My father worked on a ship on the Great Lakes. One year the ship had a load of grain. Even after cleaning there was still some grain in a few protected corners. The grain sprouted. Comment from an officer on another ship. Gee Henry, I cannot grow grass in my backyard but you can grow it on a steel deck.
@@peggyt1243 lmao😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That happened in my truck to
Oats need water to germinate, i wonder how?
@@LuigiCotocea r-rain..?
As a 2020 Ram owner, I’m excited to see how rust free that truck is especially with no cleaning.
country roads are dirty but usually not covered in salt!
Vehicles don't rust anymore....PERIOD!
If you think they do you're showing your age.
@@jeffreykraus4124 ehhhhh I wouldn’t say all that them Chicago winter roads will eat your metal
@@adriancamili99 Ohio tears them up too.
I appreciate him for a really good camera quality and keeping the camera in the best angle for our satisfaction
Hmmm. I wonder about those matching dings on the back
Mitch: “you might have noticed the matching dents on the back....”
Anyone else always looking for Mike to pop in whenever there is a shot of the garage door?
I'm expecting him to stick his head out the door 🤣
This truck looks so much better even though it's gonna be getting dirty again but at least it's clean for a little while
Same lol 😂
I thought for sure he’d want to see that truck.
This guy really should have had Weathertech mats installed on day one. It would have allowed that interior to continue looking new forever
exactly. if you’re using a car for off-road work or as a family hauler get some mats
Weather tech never really has the right fit, sometimes you have to fold or cut the edges
i so would.
Yessssss my weekly OCD satisfaction time has arrived 😂😂
1am finish time for a detail! I'm not going to lie that did shock me a bit. That is what we call dedication
Facebook suggested your videos to me a few months back after I watched a car detailing video. 30 seconds into the video I noticed the No Shoes Nation flag and had to watch! I never thought watching some Canadian dude wash a car could be so interesting, keep up the great work man!
All the dirt coming off the floor mats and the steamer are the most satisfying parts to me. Love watching these! How have I never found car detailing channels before?!?
I was thinking. Maybe you should write a book about detailing methods. Like paint correction, wash methods, etc. I would seriously pre order if you did that. Love your work 👍😃
Or maybe Mitch make a video of just the specifics of the detailing methods. When to use certain products and when not to. I'd watch that video a million times! And the steps to take.
8:30 to myself: "I wonder why he blurred out the RAM logo on the mat?"
5 seconds later, also to myself: "Oh, that's just mud. Duh"
24HotGirls.com f
It's a shame to send it back to the farm after you made it look so beautiful.
@@Yanni_duh We should be glad it wasn't something as uncommon nowadays as a Ford Excursion, either. It would be a crime to see one of those in such a pitiful cleanliness state. No matter though, Mitch would power through and get it cleaned in I would expect anywhere between 14-20 hours just due to the humongus size of Excursions.
All the mud that came out of those floor mats was crazy! Amazing transformation!❤️
Friday Morning : Detail Geek video.. making mental note for my own vehicle
Friday Night : rewatching to relax for bed.. I love Mitch's voice and "process" 🙃 adorable.
Love starting Friday mornings off with a brand new Detail geek video!
As a person with a RUclips channel. I just want to say how much I appreciate the consistency of your video’s. The look, the voice-overs, the self promotion. It’s always super consistent. Also very cool that you have started selling your own products instead of the Amazon links 👌 It’s really all so impressive man. Just straight up pro on the “Details” go figure.
Do you realise how mesmerising it it to watch all the cleaning of a car or truck you do .... you have helped loads when I start to feel overwelmed and I need carming I turn to your channel and I feel better ... so Thankyou and keep up with the good vibes you send out and the work you do ... and Mike you put a smile on me when you pop up
10:25 RIP .22lr you’ll never be forgotten
Wow I never noticed that
I just don’t see it. Not sure why I keep missing it
I said the same thing 🤣. I had to rewind it to make sure I wasn't seeing things.
Just another confirmation that it is a farm truck
This video was only uploaded 14 minutes ago, yet I feel like I'm late to the party.
F. O. M. O= Fear of missing out syndrome. Go to a psycholog 😁
You know what I love, detailers treat all cars like they're special and worthy of looking brand new, no matter how trashed and beat up.
Watching during the wee hours is my treat. I enjoy the narrative and the background facts. Your compassion for the work comes through every time. Continue!
My favorite part is when he was vacuuming the front driver side.... and then you just see his hand reach up and pick up a massive mud pie off of the floor..... then he just starts vacuuming again 😂😂
That probably wasn't mud.
Missed your guitar outro this week 🥲
I love the customers reactions. I wish you would show more of these.
I'm curious, did you have to remove the rear light(s) to get the excess water out of the housing where they're cracked/damaged?
Gotta love Fridays at 9 AM. Thanks Mitch!

1am Saturday Morning, can never go to sleep untill I've watched the weekly video. I love this. I might even get myself a pressure washer. Been using the hose for ages on my own car 😂😂😂
My fiancé has the same truck to the t, color and all. It is his first truck he purchased. Watching this video with the intro at first made him cry a little until we saw the end, and oh how happy he was. Thank you for this
That red on the truck really is beautiful! Excellent job, as usual Mitch 👏
Thank you!
The Friday work from home schedule: Clock in, open RUclips, find DG’s video and start the day 💪🏼
I imagined it couldn't get worse than the picture, I was wrong🤡
I believe this is the first time Mitch was so exhausted that there's no guitar outro this time, and it was replaced by him storing the vacuum cleaner hose lol
😂
that pre-rinse is just so satisfying. when all the dirt and mud come off like a piece of cake.
Thanks for answering my question! Another amazing transformation as always
Oh no, we did'nt get to see you picking up the bigger stuff inside the vehicle ! I love that part ! 🤍 😔
You are a hero !
It's always such a relief to see you getting to all the details. So satisfying to see that you don't miss anything. All those things that I have been attending to in taking care of my cars. Even your responses are always spot on. Like..
The truck is going to go back to the farm and get dirty again! But what can you do...
Love watching you in action. Positive energy!
Every single aspect of this one is freakishly satisfying. The rinse, the color that comes out, getting rid of the dirt and grain and the final result.
You know it’s bad when Mitch has to take the crevice tool off of the vacuum
You see a new video on the channel and you already know that the weekend has just started ... :)
Patience and Perseverance! Lots of it! I know how it feels being in the detailing industry myself. More power to this channel.
Fantastic work again, never fails to amaze me how you turn these cars around. Thanks for the tip on the 303, used it on my car and wow it looks like new
Can we all take a moment for a round of applause. Stunning work Mitch. Stunning.
Thank you!
I'm being serious when I say that the detail geek videos are what I look forward to most in my week. Everyday I'm thinking: "is today Friday yet? No only a few more days until Mitch posts at 8:00 on Friday morning." Every time I watch a video, I can't wait until next Friday morning. And it takes a lot to get me to really look forward to something. Thank you Mitch for the good content!
Thanks man, glad you enjoy them!!
@@TheDetailGeek Great videos, love them! Question for you, do you have any issues with all that dirt going down your drain?
Honestly, seeing this truck makes me very happy, even in its original state. I don't know, I just really enjoy seeing these trucks being worked really hard at jobs they're good at.
The patience you have 🤯
Mitch did you go to Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardy?🤣
Offscreen, he's hitting the cars with a shitton of Scourgifys, there's no other explanation

So glad you shared the rear dent information... of course I was curious and stressing thinking I’d never know!!! 🙌🏼
The Red paint 🎨 was indeed Beautiful 🤩.
Good morning Guys !!! I didnt receive the notification today. I just came here because I knew it was about the time to release a new video.
Time to brew my coffee and relax while I am watching your video.
I may be a day late watching this because I was busy, but nothing like chilling with my coffee and getting my detail geek on. 😍
Am I the only one who thinks like all of his videos are really satisfying lol
I felt that hurt when you said it’s going right back to the farm.... 😩

Nice work as usual! It always baffles me why people don't get the Tradesman/work truck trims on trucks they use for work...vinyl seats and floor hold up way better for much longer!
Thats what i have in mine
You ever sit on a vinyl seat in subzero temps? It's very cold on the behind. That is why I prefer cloth seats. Cloth isn't nearly as hot in the summer either.

Hey, your videos and detailing is so satisfying to watch! Thank you for your diligence. So question for possibly another Q&A, have you ever detailed a modified wheelchair assessable vehicle? And if no, would you feel comfortable doing so with all the modifications it has? Thanks & loved your DITL vlog, hoping for more!
When you did the interior opening shots..... I can't wait to see how he gets the crud out of those speaker grilles in the front doors.
Probably the steamer. I gotta get me one of them. I have a 2012 Ra'am.
Hey Mitch, love the videos! Thanks for the amazing content each week! I was wondering if you'd be able to post some details on how you remove seats and consoles safely in order to deep clean? I've been hoping to do a deep clean on some of our cars, but I've been nervous to really tear it apart! Not sure if this is already posted on your other channel!
I had the exact same question. Did you ever find out?
I've lived on a farm(in the States) for 67 years and I've never dreamed of letting my vehicles look like that mess.
