I don’t know if this perfume smells expensive, but I love Bora Bora by Liz Claiborne. I discovered it super cheap at Burlington and thought why not even though the bottle and box looks dated. What a delightful surprise. The fragrance is a melon shampoo-like clean and long lasting scent. Perfect for the killer heat Texas is experiencing this summer. If you see it, don’t pass it by. I have bought five bottles, two I gave away and three I kept!
Omg I agree!! I bought it a few weeks ago from Ross for $15 and it blew my mind. I even filmed a first impressions gushing about this 😂 how is this so underrated? I’ve been alternating it with Aqua di Gioia, and if I didn’t know better, I’d say the Aqua smelled like the cheap perfume on me. Bora Bora lasts longer too.
Oops! I meant to say Mambo, not Bora Bora. Mambo is the perfume I tried and love. It is a mango clean summery scent. However, based on the replies for Bora Bora, I will now have to buy it. 😂

I just got a perfume yesterday that smells very niche. It's by S.T. Dupont it's called Pure Bloom. It's an amazing scent, and very affordable. The cherry note in that fragrance is everything, and it's long lasting. I definitely recommend this perfume to you, and anyone else.
In my opinion, any of the 5th Avenue line from Elizabeth Arden smells expensive but is definitely not. I totally agree about Tobacco & Tonka Bean (I need to make my husband try it 🤔)
Burberry Brit Rhythm is a lavender, woody, powdery scent, I think it is very classy and affordable. Another recommendation from me is to layer Fleur Fatale by Kim Kardashian with Monotheme White Musk, these are gorgeous together, a really expensive smelling musky, soapy rose.

There is another banana republic perfume you may like. Dark cherry and amber. I got that from Burlington a while ago. Here recently a few weeks ago i got the tobacco and tonka bean. I also got the gardenia and cardamom and grassland. I returned both of those. But they are still in Burlington now. I also have the La Maisom fig one. Love it too. I actually have almost all the ones you mentioned. Tfs

For me Lalique Amethyst is an easy to like perfume. It's great for daily life in warm weather.

I do like it. Pink peony type scent with a subtle aquatic undertone. Clean and fresh. It gives summer vibes :-). Nice but a bit generic imo.
