How to use DAIKIN Inverter AC remote.

- This video describes operation of DAIKIN AC remote. It explains briefly about all the features.
Two key features are described below:
1) "ECONO" for limiting power consumption. It prevents the electric circuit from tripping/breaking when AC operates with other high power consumption appliances.
2) "COANDA" which directs airflow upwards.

Air starts circulating about 1 minute after the operation is started.
Select Auto mode by pressing Fan button followed by Selecting dry/cool mode by pressing MODE button. Press ON/OFF button.
*Solid, **Fastly.Cool** and gets the job done. For rooms where window-mounted air conditioning is not an option, this works very well. Easy set up, rapid cooling, and great design.*

I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!
Sir we in Italy using same company Ac. I can't understand wat is written in d guide book bz its in italian language. Since autumn strated,temperature is going down. Can u please tell me how to turn on d heaters on same?
Thanks for your video. I have a question. Suppose AC was 22 degrees during power off and when powered off, kids changed the remote settings to 28 degrees.Once I power ON AC, I gets confused on which temperature AC is working whether 22 or 28? Since there is no display on indoor unit I gets this confusion. Please clarify.

To check, for example, if you want 22, set remote to 22, increase to 23, ac will make a sound, decrease again and it will make a sound. This will make sure your ac is exactly synced to remote.

If we need to set timer for 1 hour after 1 hour we don't need for one hour and again it should run for 1 hour example from ni8 10 to 12 it should run and stop. For one hour i.e. 12-1 and again it should run from 1 to 2 we can do this type of settings in AC or not plz reply sir
I just bought "arc433b71" but doesn't turn on/off my existing Daikin unit that operates well with a 1000:1 remote. Is there a step to select frequency or something like that???

Just Press the cancel button, it will lit the back light.

My daikin split unit Ac is fairly new not used much. It's out of warranty period but must have just used for max100hrs. I tried starting by pressing yellow button power on/off green light comes on Louvres keep moving. No air coming out at all.
Checked the mode button... Ensured it's on star like symbol.

Sir i have 3 star daikin invertor ac only 2 days old... few doubts i got after a power outage...
Before power outage
Once i switch the steplizer on the flaps open fully and closes and when ac is switched on from remote the ac starts while flaps comes down in the begning...
After power outage when ac got off suddenly..
When i start steplizer the flaps open and close as usual.. and when i switch on from remote flaps open close and again open fully and then goes up till half and stops there and then the ac starts... is this a problem to be cosulted with... as after that power failure when i started my ac bad odour came...

no. And this is the area of improvement that Daikin needs to do. Provide glowing buttons on remote.

Hey Basu.... COANDA is just an additional new feature in Daikin AC's remote, it keeps air flow upwards, unlike in swing mode where airflow keeps changing from up to down and vice versa. There is nothing wrong if you don't have that feature in your remote.
I also dnt have conada button on my remote......i dnt understand the on and off good sleep function can you pls descibe it...like if i press power chill button then its start cooling very fast 20 min.but after that it works not well i mean ac is on but it does not as cool the room as it does with powerchill button....and i have one more query is it necccessary to on celing fan...
My A/c goes into sleep mode (atleast thats what I think) after an hour or so. the vents close automatically and stop swinging. The power button starts blinking.

Compressor outdoor stops itself. Again and again I need to restart the ac to switch on that. What can be the matter with my brand new daikin inverter ac
This can be due to the higher set point temperature. For ex. The set temperature in remote is 26 C. Once this temp. is achieved compressor stops and only fan runs. This is a very efficient technology for energy saving.
You may have accidentally pressed the set point temperature.

But I'm not sure if that is the very efficient way to save the energy, since restarting the outdoor fan/compressor takes more energy and power than to just keep it running so I've read somewhere that frequent on and off takes more energy than continuously running the AC. Share your input if you think I'm not right. Ty

First switch on the Ac and then set the timer off (for example 1hr) and then set the timer on ( for example 3hrs) . Ac will be off 1hr and then on automatically after 3hrs.
On timer is greater then off timer.

Tauheed Raza powerchill action is for limited duration only, after that AC will set its default temperature.

You went wrong bro in timer explaination...OFF button is for off the AC after particular time we adjust and ON button is for ON the AC at given particular time.

If green light keeps blinking...what does it means?
It means the ac got shut down with due to some internal problems . Try after restarting the MCB of the Ac it may work !
