Wow those are like Jurassic turnips LOL. Beautiful leaves and hard to imagine them twice this size. Nice video Ed, keep up the great work my friend!

No room for gunnera in our garden but i sometimes feel weeds are so big, with 8 koi in my pond all between 14" and 20" plants in the pond get ripped to shreds except a white waterlilly that is far to vigorous but it provides lots of shade in hot weather.

Hey Norman, indeed you need a very big pond/garden to plant a Gunnera manicata! As ever thanks for watching and commenting!

Loved the photography, looking up inside the plant's canopy. Too big for my garden, but fascinating nonetheless, thank you :-)

Apesar desta planta ser aqui do Brasil, é extremamente difícil conseguir uma muda dela por aqui.

Our water bill is up by an extra £30 a month because of this plant I'm not 100% but it's at the edge of my 10000 litre pond and drinks an inch a day in summer. I'm wondering it's a tear but maybe it's this. It's about the size on your video.
