Oh my! I'm going to London next week for an intership as a photographer too! I was a bit scared about how the place where I'll work will treat me but now I'm a bit more relaxed hahah. It's great that you've been able to do some photography works there, I hope I can do it to as I wanna stay in London after my intership ends. Thanks for your videos, you're always super helpful
It was good! I learned a lot, there were some not-so-good moments during the whole experience in the place i made my internship. But i guess that's normal and something to learn from as well. I'm not still in London, but because I decided it that way. I had other place in mind to move and live in. But if you're goal is to do an internship in London and stay for a living you definitely can. I stayed with a host family those three months, I was very very lucky and the family was amazing and they made me feel like I was part of the family too.

I've been in the process, since January, of trying to secure an internship in the field of pr in London for the summer and I have made pretty much zero progress. I've sent my cv, cover letter, and letter from the company who will be providing my visa sponsorship (it's Bunac. I'm American!) over to 25 consultancies around the UK. I've followed up multiple times with all of these consultancies only for them to tell me that they either don't accept interns, they primarily recruit from nearby universities, or they have no idea where my email went. I even have a contact over there who has worked at most of the larger consultancies, and she sent my info to a few places, and she told me that she is getting the same vibe from people as I am. I have plenty of relevant experience (3 prior internships) and I went into depth explaining that providing employment to me in the form of an internship will present no cost to them, and that I will find my own accommodation and will pay for my own transportation. Do you have any idea of where I could be going wrong? Interning in London has truly been a dream of mine for so long. I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I certainly didn't foresee it being this difficult for someone to at least give me an interview. Thanks in advance! So sorry about the ridiculously long post! Ally

Vielleicht liegt es auch einfach an der Branche, die eine super hohe Nachfrage hat. Jedenfalls kann ich es kaum erwarten bis mein Praktikum losgeht.
