    Fun fact:
Boisvert(as in Sacha) is a French last name, and it means greenwood, so we have a Greenwood and a Greentree in our draft.

Sennecke skates like an 18 year old Tage Thompson but literally has the puck on a string. Definitely a project.

I agree, his ceilling is so high i wouldnt be surprise if a team takes him top 10 i would even take him top 5 personnaly. In 5 years from now i would see him being one of the top prospect of this class.

Even though Ottawa has holes on the right side of the blue line. I really want the Sens to take Dickinson at 7th imagine him and Sanderson eating up 45-48 minutes a night in 3-5 years time. Always draft best player available and I hope the Sens do at 7 and then take a guy like Emery, Kleber, Elick, Brunicke, or Jiricek at 25th or 39th overall to get a guy that could maybe develop like Cernak/Carlo and be a great RHD on any pairing and play a big shutdown role on the PK. This draft is insane for projectable big RHD

Hey Grav, with what we've seen Kent Hughes do during his first two drafts, not being afraid to make the unpopular pick amongst fans, do you think that it's becoming more of a possibility that Beckett Sennecke could be the pick at 5th overall over other available forwards with how much he's rising?

I go to most Oshawa home games, Sennecke’s skating was never “clunky”. Parekh was hurt for most of the playoffs and wasn’t near his top game in the playoffs and memorial cup. Where do you get your stuff!

Seems like a classic case of overthinking. Fantastic skater, good improving numbers in the CHL, should go no lower than the 2nd, but NHL execs love that SIIIIZE

Relatively speaking, greentree is a riser because he wasnt that highly regarded at the beginning of the year. If he had a better showing at the u18 i think he wouldnt have dropped hardly at all.
Another huge riser is Basha. I think he was a candidate to be undrafted at the beginning of the year, now he's a possible 1st rounder.

Parekh had a good playoff/mem. cup run despite being targeted including the 5 minute major london took in mem. cup final for flagrant elbow/high sticking showing how important parekh was to spirit attack. And spirit adding donicio and donovan as puck movers who could provide offense from d end took some of the pressure off of parekh not to do it all on back end hence the fewer mistakes because of that.

@raymondspruance I mean sure for thr most part but if a guy is getting smoked in junior do you honestly think playing agaisnt grown men will be any better? He holds onto the puck way too long makes risky plays at the blue line. He's a defensive liability meanwhile Dickinson has hockey IQ through thr roof can play a mlre polished all around game and has size.

He always acts like he knows exactly what he’s talking about and he almost portrays himself as someone who was once a pro hockey player or scout. Yet unlike other RUclipsrs they don’t go into as much depth as he does simply because it’s there opinions and they simply just don’t know. The RUclipsrs that do go into depth like he does, often will bring up that you can trust them because they are a retired scout or have even played up to the pro level.
