I was looking at dyno chart for stock MT 09 and decided to go with following:
Green 0-7
Yellow 7-9
Red 9-11

This is a great solution. I have a Honda VFR Crosstourer 1200X, the only thing I didn't like about it was the LCD screen.
Specifically, I'm interested in whether the color filters (green, yellow, red) that you set in the lower part can be seen when the LCD screen is not turned on.

Hey man awesome video!! I'm getting ready to purchase a set for my fz09 with the dark mode and rpm. Do you need to modify the dark LCD flip at all before installing the RPM colors? Or do you just install the LCD flip and put the colors on after? I really like how your picture of the Fz09 with the rpm looked in the video.

Are there any signs i should watch when i want to buy an Mt07? Like some rust or small things that could be broken? :)

Honestly its a pretty solid bike and over the past 3 years i have zero rust on mine. I would just check for any visual damage as that would indicate if the bike had been dropped or not. As well as just make sure the engine sounds good!

no you can not. The dash is not plug and play. You can install the colorclusterz lcd flip on the bike to change it to black tho!
