Literally just received my custom stick with this curve about 2 weeks ago. With my wristshot shooting style, the P92 shot rockets, but they were all consistently about 6" over the bar. I needed something with just a little less loft. This looked perfect. Took a practice or two to get used to it, but now every shot hits back of the net top bar consistently without even trying. It did take bit to get used to the lie and stickhandling, But I use very short sticks for my height, so it actually worked out. Not crazy about the blade profile, but I can deal with it. (just personal preference) I'll be ordering a few more as backups!
I gotta give you big credit for being able to shoot within the confides of a hockey net with any lie. I found that as long as it’s a 5 lie, I can shoot favorably with basically any curve, from a pm9 to a p28, but anything higher than a 5 lie is sailing two feet over the bar. Still anticipating the Leon review with my Booshkie custom…
