Thanks for the video Mohit! Here's my interview experience at Nagarro. Software Engineer - Salesforce Experience - 1.6 YoE(at the time of interview) Tech stack - JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce development Tl;dr - Very smooth interview process, Got the offer. First round: It was a online aptitude test, which was surprising because I didn't think I'd ever face it again after college xD. Questions were mostly related to Patterns, but the time will be very less. Better to breeze through all the questions rather than stressing over one question you couldn't solve. Second round: Technical interview. Pretty easy. Scenario based questions, based on Security model, LWC, Triggers. Interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, 15-ish minutes of interview and I spent last 5-10 minutes asking questions about the company and work. This interview felt more like them checking whether I knew what I was doing or not. Third round: Technical interview. The Interview was scheduled for 30 minutes again, but it was more extensive and in depth than the previous one. Questions were mostly scenario based. There were very little generic "What is this-what is that" sort of questions. Since I mentioned LWC and Apex as my core stack, I got most of the questions from there, but I guess it'd vary depending on your skill set. I recommend going through your resume and being prepared for everything that you've mentioned there. Fourth round: Techno-Managerial round. It was scheduled for 20 minutes but this round caught me completely off-guard! Interview panel had 2 members, one checking culture fit and other checking not only your technical competency, but also how you understand Salesforce as a product. Be prepared with some examples of your day to day life for Behavioral questions. Technical questions are mostly about Architecture and your understanding of the framework and the product to see whether you know what actually goes behind the scenes. I spent last 5 minutes trying to understand how the Project/Company works. The interview process was really smooth, took about 2-ish weeks to complete. Be sure to ask any question you have at the end of every interview. Go through your resume, most of the questions will be coming from there! If you're reading this comment, then probably you're interviewing there, so All the best! Have fun!
