You should pay attention to the "in progress" that appears in the middle while cooking. Make sure the time is 0:05 (the recipe will definitely work), if the time that appears above 0:05 immediately press re-cook. How many presses re-cook is random until you get a time of 0:05. I hope this helps

I placed the Camp 2, but no recipes are there for the mushroom items. Maybe they changed that for PC, or they are there because you knew them already?
you have to make the recipe first, after that the recipe will unlocked and appear in the list
