This is the worst audience for this talk. Firms like Deloitte focus on efficiency and tech consulting. They never provide a framework of choices to their customers, which one of the most important lessons of the book. Still glad someone uploaded this. Great stuff.
as with most things if you're comfortable and satisfied with what you're doing now you won't change so I don't expect you to change because you're not sufficiently uncomfortable with the destructive aspects of what you currently do
I disagree, I think he has great delivery honestly, Roger has done some valuable work to clarify & simplify strategy, I say this after going through many of his talks, articles and books.

This is pure gold
This Guy is a genius
I'm delighted to hear that - I've only just learned of him so I'm currently devouring as much of his content as possible.
Thank you for this, I appreciate it!

So insightful, the acid test for making non-stupid choices.
Mr Martin has poor delivery but invokes interests in strategy. Better Grasp can ne got by reading his book.

I also disagree. He makes great points and presents them well. He is not dry, even though he is not Tony Robbins, who I’m not fond of anyway . . .
I think people learn using different styles. The book was harder for me to understand, this video on the other hand, drove the point home for me.
