- In this video I visited Sant Elm (Sant Elmo), Andratx in Mallorca (Majorca), Spain for a luxury villa tour, to make a guide to the area and to see how the town is shaping up for Summer 2022.
In the short property tour, you can get a glimpse of Sant Elm's most exclusive waterside property and see what you can get for 3.75€million. And what luxury means on this side of the island.
Sant Elm is in the Andratx municipality on the South West corner of the Mallorca
I also take a quick tour through Sant Elm to give you a guide of the area and give you an idea of what it's like to visit or to spend a holiday.

I wanted to include something more than a walk through Sant Elm in this video. So join me for a mini-villa tour. Let me know if you'd like to see the occasional peak inside some lovely properties here on the island. This style and location of this villa is pretty unique and a chance to to secure a piece of paradise in this corner of the island.

Loved that villa! Well, mainly the yacht-style decking looking through the glass to Dragonera, (Daphne's Island - as the director Guy Hamilton lived in Andratx - for anyone who's seen Evil Under the Sun lol). The car park gets a bit kind of '4x4 test track' at the back. I love Sant Elm. Always eat at Na Caragola (the last one on the left). Very nice. Dragonera was very nearly developed into a mini-resort a few decades ago, before it became a reserve. Loved this video. 😍

Did St Elm as part of a boat trip from Santa Ponsa, escaped to walk up from the boat while the guys sang to the remaining travellers for a spot of money only had 20 mins there so i didn't see much.
Singing to the remaining passengers!! LOL ! Sounds quite random and hilarious!
