Prevent Your Windows Mobile Hotspot from Turning Itself Off in Windows 10 & 11 - **FIX**

If you like to share your wireless connection from your computer using the mobile hotspot feature, you might have noticed that it will keep disconnecting itself even if you turn off the power saving disconnect setting. In this video we will show you two other ways to prevent your mobile wi-fi hotspot from turning itself off when you have devices connected to it.
Here is the registry key you need to go to.
HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Services\ICSSVC\Settings
Create a new Dword (32-bit) Value called PeerlessTimeout
Change its value to 120

What if I set it more than 120 I mean I want it to stay on until I reboot my pc

I've set to 600, but the value seems to be simply ignored, I mean, any couple of hours I do not use the hotspot, it will 100% turn itself off again.
