What year is your car because i have the same car but 2016 and for some reason I can’t find the option of changing the interior colors
And i do have another 528i 2015 that i can change from white to orange but not this one that is a year newer

This car is 2013 ,and and installed OEM Ambient lights, maybe your car doesn't have from factory 2 colours that's why u can't fin ,
