I've found that if YT identify copyrighted music in your video, you don't get a strike. All that happens is YT send you a notice that copyrighted music has been found in your video but the owner allows its use. You can't monetize it and any ad revenues go to the music copyright holder instead of you.
That is one of the possibilities, and the most likely one. The copyright holder gets to decide how to proceed, not RUclips. Most are cool if they get all or part of the revenue. Some are a little more brutal!

Hello , since you dropped this vid I've been struggling to find a way to get the button "templates' to appear on my capcut app desktop or mobile . I got it in none , reinstalled app , updated everything , it's just not there. Seems like it's region dependent , is there any way to change region and get the app again with the extra features from that region ? Thanks
It is for sure regional. Some have had luck using a VPN into the USA, but that's very hit and miss and might require you to use another email and fully wipe what you have installed and start over. Can also cause other issues.

The speed, the fun! Davinci takes 20x the time and energy to get a comparable result to CapCut. Still no CapCut templates as a "Pro" member, only online and on iOS.

Wow. Reading the comments, I feel honoured that I magically have Templates. So did you get a copyright strike or restriction on RUclips after using combined 20 seconds of hit music? Also, I know that both IG & TT are restricting some pop music, so how do you know which platform you can post these to? I don't see anything that defines each template as "suitable for TT" or "Not for use on IG"...(I did fully watch your video twice and you didn't address this)
Great question! I did NOT get a strike or restriction for using pop music in this video. I use movie clips, tv clips, and at times pop music in TONS of videos and they are all monetized. Because of something called "fair use", using copyrighted material is ok under specific cirumstances. I have several videos on it, but the MOST important thing is to keep the copyrighted material SHORT. I aim for about 5 seconds max. I pushed it in this video, and so far, so good! The risk is that the copyright holder CAN at any time, come back and complain and issues a take down request from RUclips. So there is never a guarantee you can use copyrighted content. BUT, if you keep it short, you will PROBABLY be ok. As far as which templates are "clear"? No way to know till you try one. But if it's using a full minute of a pop song, I would NEVER risk it! When you upload to RUclips, YT will check for copyrighted content. Only takes a few minutes. Don't make your video public until YT checks it first! This is just the first gate and not a guarantee that there will be no issues in the future, but it's a good indication you'll be ok. @@h.h.4699 You have to get a VPN service. I'm not sure what's available where you are, but you'll likely have to pay for one. Probably pretty cheap. First I'd delete CapCut completely from your computer. This may not be necessary, but might help. Then using the instructions provided with whichever service you decide on, turn the VPN on for your computer. It's a bit different for each service will give you directions. Then, with the VPN ON, and connected to the USA, create a brand new CapCut account, with a new email. In theory, you'll have access to the features available in the USA, like templates. However, I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS. This is only a guess! I think some have had luck with it but it can create other issues, so no guarantees! Good luck and let me know what happens if you try it!

It's regional. Not available in all countries. A VPN may work, but has other issues so try at your own risk!
