- Another Construction FAIL! Rolled Over Telehandler. Back again with ANOTHER telehandler fail! This one was much easier than the last episode since Alex had all the room in the world to work it. The unit was heavy, but no match for Big Flipper's 75tons of strength. Using all 4 boom lines, Alex was able to easily upright and catch this in one controlled motion, then lift it to set onto the customer's Landoll.
Why we get so much of these? Truth be told, the weight puts a lot of people off. They are deceptively heavy and often are in precarious environments. We have literal tons of experience with these so we get called quite often for them.
The rigging was textbook Bailey's, utilizing the platinum slings. These are by far my favorite sling due to how tough and resistant they are to the regular wear and tear of normal slings. Sure it wasn't in a small alley or next to power lines, but still a cool upright! What do you guys think? Got to love Safety Karen showing up after you set up, mid-rig, to let you know it's safe 😂
Love how the construction. Guys just hung out and watched while on the clock. 😂😂😂
Another telehandler has to be set up right by Alex. Good job Alex.
Summer re-runs? Or did I already dream about this one?
😀
I was thinking 💭 the same thing
Kinda makes you wonder if there might be a design flaw in these machines.
@@normawade9426yea poor operator training is the flaw there designed to lift heavy high there’s always a tip risk especially because they need to be mobile you can’t just make them excessively heavy and wide
Edit I might’ve missed it at the beginning be I sounded like at the end with what he was saying it rolled off a trailer that’s definitely op error
Def a rerun: 1. Guy about “Tom-Jon” Towing. 2. Chains Alex made.
There have been similar, but not the same. Check it out.
Groundhog-day again. :D
No offense but that place seems like a keystone cops operation. No clear instructions from anyone, people getting involved and no true manager there from what I can tell. Bunch of talking heads and no leader. Glad Alex was able to get the job so efficiently
The first chap that was talking with you looked star struck by your RUclips charisma!
Best in the Business , Hands Down ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚒️💎💎💎💎💎
Definitely easier than the last one. Much more working room
Boom in too. No overhead wires. All the good stuff. And Safety Approved - Please sign here.
Alex, I always love it when you can show some aerial footage.
Says a huge amount that you have the knowledge and experience to tackle these jobs solo.
Many machines with a boom on it tend to be top-heavy. Operators who forget about that, often find out the hard way.
its Deja vu time.
IKR? Josh is sneaky! HAHA
Alex another great video! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Nice job once again. Thanks for posting.
Awesome video !!
Another excellent job Alex
Great work
Thx for being a nice guy to help out
Always work with this type of equipment it appears
Watched. Thanks ☺️ 💙
That's so cool you guys are so awesome you put the Drone out there so you can watch😂
Another well done looking good 👍👍👍👍👍😉
Nice job Alex
Keep up good work
Alex doing the rigging is a good ASMR session
Love the drone footage. Really good use of a new facility.
Another good job!
How do these guys keep rolling telehandlers on flat ground? Must be really racing them or something
I know it's quite impressive really
Probably fell of trailer while being loaded or unloaded.
He said it came off a trailer
The issues, I think, are that these machines are nearly the same width as the trailers, and big off road tyres on steel beds give little grip. The margin for error driving on or off is small. Presumably why they decided not to have a second go!
Alex to the rescue again. Great job✌️
Alex you are a great operator with the rotater Pepe is lucky to have you on his team I watch your videos all the time watching fromWest Virginia
Great job Sir 🫶🏻🇬🇧🫶🏻
Outstanding prepz'rigging
At least the boom is in on this one. Great job.
Great work alex josh didn't u upload this 1 before 😂 or is it same place diffent 1 keep up the great work eirther way gotta watch it 👍👍👍
Nice video!!
Another "text book" video. I can't see how the thing tipped over. Great commentary as Alex rigged for the recovery. Watching Alex would guess he had been doing this for a long time. Finding the lift points like he lifted these things all day long. Great job, great video. Thanks guys!
Watch the video; it fell off the trailer.
@@tetedur377 I missed it. Thanks
Another smooth operation!
This a repost ? The safety woman comes over soon for Alwex to sign the waver ....
Another awesome performance 🤓🙋♂️👍 , watching in ohio
I am watching from East Central Ohio
Beautiful soft set down. Shows what proper rigging & thought produces!! Love the jobs when you are in or on, off-highway situations, None of the highway officers asking, "How much longer?"
Buenas noches, Alex, un bonito video, y un gran trabajo, buenas imágenes aéreas con el dron, saludos, Alex.❤💪🖐️👍👏🇪🇦. Jesús.
Sun belt needs Alex on standby. Not a scratch on it from uprighting it. Nice job
...................G'day Alex,
love you're work man. Thanks for the videos. I had 20yrs servicing, maintenance and testing clutches on P&H Cranes up to 150ton Lattice-boom and up to 75ton hydrolic-boom.
Cheers and kind regards,
Malcolm.
I love watching Alex work, the man is a master at his art, not a wasted move, plus they are all well calculated at each step.
I can almost see the smoke coming from his head as the man is always thinking well in advance of each step.
Although Pepe's has a great team, Alex is probably the biggest reason I subscribed to this great channel.
I drove truck and operated a lot of heavy equipment for well over 40 years, always nice to see a "natural"!
COZY TV reruns??? Just as good as the first time. 😎😎
Good morning from Southeast South Dakota
Alex always gets the job done because Pepe’s are the best in the business as far as I’m concerned and I live in Canada with these guys absolutely blow me away except for there is another station here in Canada that I love to watch.
What's up Bro, its good to see you, like always,no insults to the others, one of the amigo on the right job and always fun to watch PS where Joe.
Nice rigging.
Saludos desde España, me encanta tu canal, y supongo eres hispano por lo del nombre de la empresa😊
Alex looks so young! I wonder what some people think when this young fellow drives up in a humongous truck to rescue their equipment. 😊 Whatever they think, they soon learn that Alex is super competent! Did he have to go to rotator school to learn all the techniques? 🇨🇦
Hire the handy cap, mom says if you can’t run the pedals don’t get in LOL😂
Alex Rocks!
shit like that keep's you in business! you have pretty sweet rigging! we have it different up here in Canada GREAT JOB!
So is this like the fork lift certification but for tela handlers?
I saw one that was flipped end over end a couple weeks ago
I remember TOM JHONS they had the green and black units if I'm not mistaken.
Black and blue. Sr and jr are still running just hauling mostly for the movie industry
@@longdong818 oh yeah that's right black and blue. I remember seeing their unit around I use to work for FREDDIE MACS towing.
Hi there Alex, did you get a haircut? Looks good if you did. Another beautiful day and job well done!
Nice work getting the job done is typical Pepe's style. Sucks driving one off the side of the trailer. Well, it's back on its wheels and off to the repair shop. Those school construction projects can look like the wild west, but even the good ones still look pretty crazy from the outside. Not surprising it took so long for the project manager to show up. On to the next one.
JOSH POWER YEAAAAHHH!
I loved this recovery, but it's a repeat. Still worth watching though.
That unit had some aggressive tires.
Getting a lot of practice righting telehandlers. Too bad the drivers cannot figure out how to drive and keep them upright.
Sure I this was on a few weeks back.
How did it fall over on a flat surface with the boom down and retracted
How do you tip it over if the Boom is in n down n he must of been driving too fast around the corner
It slid off a trailer
@@gregshearer423 oh ok n that explains everything
Can the drum say up in the air by it Self
please sign my companies tailboard before beginning work. Bin there, done that for 30yrs..
👍✌
Alex, you are having a run of these telehandlers but just looking at it I can't see why it flopped over?
It slid off a trailer
@@gregshearer423* drove off the side
Alex earned his Wheaties on this one, with all the rigging work involved. Nice clean recovery.
I cring everytim I see one of you guys jump off from something instead of climbing down. I retired 10 years ago after 50 years as an electrician. After the first 20 or 30 years of jumping off from different types of platforms I was told that you should NEVER do that, it will eventually damage your back. I now live with constant pain in my back that only major surgery MIGHT repair. It takes a little longer, but far better to climb donn!
how does this happen on level ground? Boss's nephew!!! LOL!
How many winches does the recovery vehicle have on it?
I NEVER OPERATED A WRECKER, BUT CAN YOU TELL ME WHY YOU PUSHED THE MACHINE OVER AND OVER, INSTEAD OF BOOMING DOWN
just took a nap
Tell Josh PEPEs Fontana was on Live PD last weekend Sunday
I am Josh lol
Wow Alex, surprising you didn't know about another towing company that shut down 20 yrs ago. lol
Is this a rerun or round 2
At least 4. Probably 5 ;) Two on the road. Two in driveways . . .? Hmm perhaps one of those was a crane. One in this job site. Ya. 3 or 4. One into a job site out of an alley?
So many. What a feast.
😳👍🏼
Looks like it was in all wheel steer when it fell.
Yep, that's the standard mode to drive in
Once accident, second time is mistake!
Second coming of this video. ??
He must have been travelling at a freak rate of knots and tried to turn can't see how else you could roll a tellehandler. I drive them everyday and have never come close to rolling them.
Common sense is just not that common anymore. Great job on the recovery. That should have never happened to thst machine
Alex you need to get big Flipper tattoos he always doing what you ask 😂😂 course Josh should get the Hulk and his dad needs one that says the Man in charge 😂😂😂
Telehandler is job security. One rotator is good enough.
You're making a fortune off of renters that don't know how to run equipment! GOOD FOR YOU!
The person mentioned Tom John's towing and acted they were so good. Then why are they permanently CLOSED. 😮 don't pick on the best tow company.
Because the owner of Tom John’s retired.
TomTom works in Utah! not L.A. 🤣
It's a repeat
One more telehandler, you will be an expert at enrolled on telehandler
Maybe at some point in time, guys will learn to secure a load
Was the driver hurt or did he have to take a drug test. Where I worked, any damage over $500 required an operator or driver to take a drug test. One of the supervisors would take them to the hospital where the company had their drug testing set up.
Insurance Co will require it. Always want to pin fault on someone
When did these 2 rotators last work together
- UNIT 88/BIG FLIPPER : 2019 PETERBILT 389 day cab Century 1075S Rotator tow tow tri-axle single steer
&
- UNIT 55 : 2014 PETERBILT 389 night cab Vulcan 940 Rotator tow truck tri-axle single steer?
don't buy a rental unit at a sale???
Do you now bring this regularly every 10 days?
Pepe's Towing Service uploaded Alex rolando rollover
10 days ago 😀😃😄
Get a life. This video was accidentally uploaded at midnight last week. Was meant for today. Was only up for 6 hours before I caught it. Why is that a big thing? I bring fresh videos twice a week, three times when I can, and you're crying over a single mistake? Fans like you are the worst. Instead of commenting on the actual job itself
they have a wheelloader there but didn't use it to just flip this thing smh
OSHA probably was probably ☎️. .. 😂
Contractor's don't like using their equipment on other people's problems. Given that it was stated the telehandler fell off a trailer, I'm guessing that the rental company dictated that a wrecker was needed to right it.
@@AlphaSaber might be. I crashed a roller a few times (one time from a rental company) and we just pulled it out with the excavator and carried on
@@Foxtrott_4 most people learn not to crash it after the first time LMAO 😂
Same as last week, the same one, not 3hr ago
