yes SAME 30 lbs also if you have problems call wayne he has been in customer service 16 YEARS ZND IF YOU SEE THE BLADE LOOKS LIKE IT IS VIBRATING TRY A BIT MORE TENTION UP TO 35 POUNDS WAYNE 800-765-7297

I have an older Oscar 38 and was wondering what the recommended torque is for that older model.
torque on most models is 30 foot pounds BUT WE never had a Model 38
Thanks for your reply, You are right, it is a 28". Is it still 30 ft. pounds? I think the flutter test is a great way to determine tension.
