My fondest memory of that time with those games was Dad getting home late from work one evening. He had gone to several stores hunting down a copy of Final Fantasy 7 for me because he knew I wanted to play it. When he got home I saw the double jewel case of the game amongst his stack of paperwork. Happy thoughts and memories like that bring peace and calm. After years of abuse, mental and health issues and struggling with life my now husband and I met each other and finally realized that all of that had a purpose and end. We celebrate a year together and a month married and want to send everyone who reads this hugs, positive energy and hope. Hope that whatever you are going through is not in vain and has an end. I lost my home, ive been living in my truck for the past 3 weeks. Im listening to this now while cooking/eating in my trucks camper shell. I have a small lit candle to light it up but not too bright because im stealth camping in this small town. This music is soothing in this hard time in my life. Thank you

I've got a good job, good people willing to support me, and plenty of food and otherwise to enjoy every day. There's more than a thousand dollars in my bank account, even. But... I feel unwell. My mental health has declined severely recently. I'm undiagnosed for any mental illness but... Pretty sure I have ADHD? Definitely sure I'm depressed, and have some sort of anxiety thing. Not going to self diagnose, just what I've noticed. In any case, I'm struggling. I hurt. Things are not getting better. This music.. helps, in whatever small way I guess

It’s normal to feel like that sometimes, and it’s okay to take some time to just rest and take care of yourself when you do. Just remember that even if it doesn’t feel it, it *is* temporary and *will* go away. Remember that thoughts don’t have to have a physical effect on you if you don’t let them. This could also be your mind’s way of letting you know you need to change something in your life. Visualise the “perfect you” a few years from now - what do you look like, what do you do for work, where do you live, what kinds of people do you spend time with, etc? If your current path in life isn’t taking you there, maybe it’s time to take some time to sit down with a pen and paper and figure out small changes you can make step by step, day by day, to change things. Good luck!

Kinda wanna "cleanse" everything from youtube's recommended and fill my page with stuff like this only. The world is crazy and so are most online contents. We fill our heads with a lot of useless trash every day without even realizing it and they only contribute to further mental and emotional exhaustion.

A power outage has struck my area. Its been two days going on three with no electricity. Decided to rest here to relax. Though the quietness has brought some respite, my mind still races about the future. Seems like a new crisis comes just as the last one ends, or one happens in tandem with the last two, three or four... Ive lost count. Sometimes, I want to sleep here forever. Sometimes, I want to live in a castle far away with loved ones. I feel hopeless, helpless, and scared of tomorrow.

The scrolling text at the beginning reminds me of Wonder Boy in Monster Land; a game I was addicted to back in the early 90's, and spent far too many hours playing (I would do it all again if I had a time machine to go back). A power outage has struck my area. Its been two days going on three with no electricity. Decided to rest here to relax. Though the quietness has brought some respite, my mind still races about the future. Seems like a new crisis comes just as the last one ends, or one happens in tandem with the last two, three or four... Ive lost count.
Sometimes, I want to sleep here forever. Sometimes, I want to live in a castle far away with loved ones. I feel hopeless, helpless, and scared of tomorrow.

The scrolling text at the beginning reminds me of Wonder Boy in Monster Land; a game I was addicted to back in the early 90's, and spent far too many hours playing (I would do it all again if I had a time machine to go back). This has really got that RPG feel to it (IMO of course)
