To answer your question directly, no. I just wanted to make the arrangement sound good. However, in hindsight, the arrangement is indeed difficult. Looking at it in individual sections, it doesn't actually seem too bad. It would easily be comparable to a moderately difficult piece. What makes this specific arrangement so difficult is less the technique required, but the stamina. Consistently hammering the 16th note left hand pattern is extremely stamina draining (and I've tried it so I know) and that is the main stem of the difficulty. Yes there are awkward sections like 2:40 that need some focused practicing, but overall, once you have the repetitive left hand learned under muscle memory, the remaining practice will likely be put in maintaining the speed required for the piece for a whole 5 minutes.
