If you have the insurance number then it would be enough they just need your insurance number they won’t even check it. Couple of my friends used cancelled insurance and it went fine

i heard it takes 4 month to get IRP card in cork .so should i apply while i am in india or i should apply after reaching cork

You can’t apply from India legally. If it’s delayed you can ask for an e mail which states it’s delayed so that you won’t be having trouble

There is no rule that u have to apply GNIB first , you can do either way. And u can use any card for payment . It has to be physical card
