Agreed! I have the keepall 55, huge mistake. Fully packed, it’s too heavy to carry without a suitcase. Most times, It doesn’t fit under the aircraft seat. I used it one time and my shoulder was on severe pain. Wasted money. I should have purchased the keepall 45. Nice video Merfy.

I'm debating on buying this from their website. However, I've not seen or held it in person. I'm debating if it will be too big and heavy for travelimg vs. the 45. Have you had any issues with the bag, and have you had any issues returning their products if you've had to or changed your mind? Any ideas on the bottom poece to keep the bag from becoming floppy and undesirable looking over time?

I have the keepall xs, I think that is the smallest with a classy monogram strap as opposed to the guitar strap of the 25
