I paroled from Pleasant Valley in 2011.I got up to doing burpees for an hour straight. One pump burpees. I did several variations but the one pump was what I wanted for cardio and endurance. 6 years mostly on level III's. Left different than how I arrived. High control parole for 3 years. Glad all that shit is over with. Being locked up was a blessing in desguise cause I finally was able to be clean and sober and continue to this day. But like you I cant get convicted for any felony cause I'll get washed up. And every day I have to be aware of my choices no matter how small they are.
