*Edit (03/08/2020)* - Made the video (SBI PO Pros & Cons) that I mentioned: ruclips.net/video/VYv_jfE4VPs/видео.html The way you perceive this video is dependent on your value system & your internal wiring. It was a subjective video for me & as I mentioned I wanted to make it for myself. The SBI PO job is a good job overall but it has its own set of challenges to overcome. Every job has its pros and cons, if one can live with the cons then any job is doable. I do not promote quitting any job & I will not be held accountable for any decision you take based on what you see in this video. Be warned that leaving a job will be harder than you imagined it to be (I should know, I've quit multiple jobs) and if you are not willing to work 24/7 then quitting is certainly not for you. Through this channel my main goal is to motivate you, not just about bank exams but about life in general. Since I got the opportunity to work for myself while also serving everyone else, I thought it best to leave any organization & chart out my own path.Very soon I will make a video where I will objectively analyze the pros and cons of the SBI PO job that will help you decide your future course of action.

We get a little information regarding your future plans but don't expect that you quit your job so fast that too in this pandemic situation. I watched the entire video and yes you are correct, praying God to get what you want in your life and what you want to do to this nation. Proud to follow you sir🙏🙏
Yes yes yes this is what I was thinking about since past 3-5 days... We all thought about those dreamy lifestyles we watched in movies or heard about rich people. In our childhood we used to tell that one day I will buy that dreamy house and I will travel the world. But these things we can't think anymore ! Because we always want to stay inside of the box. But sometimes I really get upset ! Why can't we do something that can actually makes our those dreams come true. It really hits me hard each and every time. We have this one life if we can't do this time so it will never be done !
Who you did at this young age is really a commendable decision.......I also think about leaving this job as I also worked here for more than 10years........after a lot of hardship, fulfilling targets and sacrificing everything for this job, I never got credit for whatever I did for people being unbiased and honest and this organization except getting monthly salary and lots of tension, harassment and facing their biased decision and great discrimination.........tired and so on the verge of retiring or quitting this great job....hoping to work for family and people and also to give sometime to myself

Dear bro, your vision is really great, i have gone through this phase of life where you are now. I want to share my experience- 1. Your vision may be crushed by big players and giants of that field. 2. Corrupt and inefficient government system makes you wait longer to start your journey. 3. The people or society whom you want to help, will backstab you and the same people will call you idiot. 4. Many unexpected situations and circumstances come which compel you to change your plan. 5. Your relatives and neighbors etc. will question you and it can make you depressed.

Sir, immence respect for your thoughts and decisions. I have similar kind of dream but as of now I don't have the knowledge and experience like yours.. 😍
Can U please make a separate video regarding the work pressure in SBI PO .how much EXTRA TIME you have to devote apart from the regular branch timings (5 pm)Is it possible to prepare for other exams with this job??
It totally depends on the particular branch and the branch manager. Some SBI po leave office between 5:30 to 6:00 pm but some stay beyond 8:00 pm also But if you want to prepare for other exams then it is possible during probation period. After confirmation it becomes quite difficult to do so.
Imagine a workplace where there is shortage of staffs and you're being forced to do the extra work. Slow internet connections, hardware problems and then you've to face this huge army of customers. Language problem is the biggest hurdle. All this is manageable if branch closes by 5-6pm but in reality except rural branches you've to sit upto 7-9pm. Job security and moderate salary upto 50k are the only plus.
Well in every profession there are hidden problems... Ask yourself why you started the preperation for this job in first place?.., are you getting any better job than this?.. will you be able to crack other exams after getting a bank job?.. you'll get your answer.
Hi supriyo You said it right it's hard to quit job to pursue your dream then to get a job and even that in SBI . All the best brother, your dreams are as smart as you. I am almost 29 but still preparing to get a job, I did a plethora of mistakes in life, the worst one ; I had never taken my life seriously , I was one of those who dreams big but spend much of the focus on trivial issues in life. It was one and a half year ago when I realized my mistake and when started to work on me then things weren't that easy, (Wo kahte h na ki, zindigi apko ek samay par sab kuch sikha deti h) But these tough times really never brake my will to succeed in my goal. It's intact I will succeeed, I will never quit no matter how hard I get hit. All the best 👍💯
I can understand how hard it would have been for you to quit the job. I knew that was coming and I am very optimistic to see your future journey ahead. All the best for the new Aatmanirbhar Life and the last part of the video was truly motivating.
Hats off to you Sir for such a brave decision. I am sure this must have been tough.. Bt risks are important to make us feel lively.. All the best Sir for all your future endeavors!!!

Agr puri mehnat aur imandari ke sath koi kaam kiya jaye , to koi kaam chota nhi hota . Its all about what you can do and what you are doing . Working for someone or working in a firm is not bad . Employers are the pillars of an organisation and we should make those pillars strong .

@@rameshpatarlapalli2091 but most of friends think that I have committed blunder mista I.. as if I stayed in SBI now I might be Scale I or II officer.. what my almost all batch mates in SBI achieved today
Trust me you are not troubled by a bank job you want a type of job that is less hectic and pays you more by doing less. Your body language says it all. I myself am employed in bank and own a small business also. It ain't easy my friend. To dream is one thing and to realize it is another. Take the example of Microsoft employees. If Microsoft employees quit their job and decide to build a second Microsoft how will it sound? That hasn't been possible till today. I am not saying it's impossible but everything has it's limits. Specially you have to keep in mind about the situation and possibilities of India as well. I won't judge you but I wish you luck for future.
Who doesn’t want that... but please don’t compare microsoft with banks.. i know people who left PSB and joined pvt company, every day doing 14-15 hrs of work.. so not everyone leaves because of comfortable job but there are other reasons too which you yourself being a employee would definitely know
Salute to you boss, from the very first video of yours you always tried to tell us that think bigger and try to help India making 'Atmanirbhar' by start up business and other stuffs like that.Brother I,believe that one day you will be the saviour and Messiah of India's unemployment, poverty etc.So don't look back ,go ahead ,we are with you.We love you, support you , believe you and proud of you.
@@abhinav18rawat I agree..there is no comparison..It's more difficult decision to leave such a job(sbi po) which many aspirants are dying for and u got it by cutthroat competition..I just got in ibps clerk and I can't even think of quitting that one..forget abt quitting sbi po that's my dream😅
"Leaving a Job only make sense when You are ready to make sense out of it". That was my philosophy while leaving the Job. I've been watching you for past sometime and ever thought that how could you manage your time with State Bank. I was a Probationer as well. Many of my batch-mates also left the job owing to the push-factors inside the organization and that's where things go wrong. One should have a clear compelling pull-factors for leaving a job. That's when one is able to make turbo strides in the outside competitive arena, especially in the antagonistic social set-up. Best of Luck Bro for your future endeavors . Good to see one more setting standards for the millennial-generation.

U r talking about only 0.5% people. Don't talk these silly things man!! These calculations are so simple but actions are important in life not these big big talks what u do. By the way nice editing of the video to attract the audience.
Rajasekar R Yes it was a reason too. And I don’t find these force selling of Insurance to customers who don’t need that kind of policy , just for the sake of target and management’s “foreign tour” . There are lot of reasons in addition to this.
@@rajtanya1 I have heard of this cross selling of policies to customers and just like u , i dont find this to b motivating factor. i got selected as bob clerk recently . is it possible to prepare for state psc and upsc while working as clerk ?? Im thinking of not taking promotion for few years becos of exam preparation .
Rajasekar R yes you can prepare...get into clerk office u wish and yes stay out of promotion for some days if u want to enjoy your early professional life. Later u can take responsibilities..But always analyse your situation and take decisions. But if u ask me ?? Whatever job in govt sector u take its going to be same ...bcoz the System itself is not organised/ governed by right people/in right way. I have seen people posting Facebook posts after clearing(and training period)IFS,IRS and other central govt Officer Exams and also feeling so patriotic. But the irony is that the training these people undergo to learn what is economy? , how a country should be governed? Etc. etc are all foreign countries (mostly European countries) .So nothing worth in feeling patriotic/feeling as if you have achieved the impossible, about clearing these exams / getting these jobs when your country itself is teaching you to copy other successful countries.
Sir, I have a wish that,, I would like to interact with you when I will be selected for SBI PO. And I wanna tell you are my biggest inspiration... Love u sir🙏

Get shocked by seeing notification. But I believe if Sir made a decision then there will be a strong and valuable reason for it.
You are 💯 right....abhi nhi to kabhi nahi so follow your dream
This is time to get out of comfort zone..🙌
Who you did at this young age is really a commendable decision.......I also think about leaving this job as I also worked here for more than 10years........after a lot of hardship, fulfilling targets and sacrificing everything for this job, I never got credit for whatever I did for people being unbiased and honest and this organization except getting monthly salary and lots of tension, harassment and facing their biased decision and great discrimination.........tired and so on the verge of retiring or quitting this great job....hoping to work for family and people and also to give sometime to myself
Even I don't wanna work 12hours a day for 35 years ..I just wanna prove myself and others that I can achieve something;I am doing 10-12hours study for 2021 exams not to get a Job and make 1lakh salary every month I don't need money my father have left enough for me..I want motivation in my life and cracking a tough exam like SBI PO will really help my motivation

Dear bro, your vision is really great, i have gone through this phase of life where you are now. I want to share my experience-

Good question!

There's no such thing as 5pm for PO... rest you can figure out for yourself

Trust me you are not troubled by a bank job you want a type of job that is less hectic and pays you more by doing less. Your body language says it all.

Done this way back in 2015, almost 60-70% of SBI PO 2013 batch quit .

Why
Because of terrible workload in banking
Same here bro.. I too quit SBI in 2019 as deputy manager. Ur words are so true and even RBI is also not a destiny .
U quit because of work pressure ?
