Monza said it best himself - "tired of getting our ass kicked, like usual". The only time Monza has ever made it past the first round is when the other guy breaks, jumps or crashes. He's never beat anyone actually racing.
To help cut down on spectator commentary (that guy was annoying as hell), have you considered a unidirectional microphone?
