Thankyu so much mam for such a easy explaination...sir I have one query that before amendment in section 14 of specific relief act 1963 there are certain clause also was there like clause 2 related to arbitration
Clause 3 in which exception was giving relating to the clause 1 ....and so on
So my ques is that with the 2018 amendment these clause was also get repealed ...

2) Which one is better for special child health care and education trust and section 8 ?
3) Can we apply for 12a and 80G , 1 month after Section 8 company incorporation.
4) What is the cost to apply for both 12a and 80G which include documentation, registration and followup for 6 months ?
5) What if the registration application is rejected. can we reply again and what is the re-application cost ?
