I had the same experince with buying my horse, shes a 10 yo ottb mare and she hadnt been ridden for about 3 years and she was trained abusively and taken strait off of the track and then to another ranch. My first ride on her was kind of sad, the sellers were not honest with me and they told me she was trained. But i defidently saw a kind and brave soul in her. And she proved it to me over a couple weeks. I am not the most experinced rider because of how young i am, but i really want THIS. She is the perfect horse for me to learn with and train. I have learned so much from her already and i have only had her for about 4 months and she is such an amazing mare, she still has some issues but she just needs some patient and time. Some horses have had a bad past but all they need is someone that will give them another chance and will give them the life they deserve, and lots of love❤❤❤ i love your channel btw.

I respect you so much, i didn't know much about your philosophies on training or horsemanship, but love everything i have heard you say so far, especially that money and live animals don't mix- i agree one hundred percent with that, money is why people do sh*t things to thier animals, it's baffling to me!

There are no bad horses, just bad, unskilled riders with no confidence.....the horse picks up on your feelings, it's not all about you, princess. The horse is doing all the work anyway you're' just a saddle filler.
