I freaking love this show! It’s literally a free show you can watch walking by, no pay whatsoever! The heat is very intense since u could feel it from a distance and the massive fireball at the end is super loud! Can’t believe Hard Rock wants to replace this with a big-ass guitar.. this is a legit Polynesian themed hotel and this volcano will be missed! 🌋 🔥
It's just not worth it, Hard Rock Cafe could go somewhere else. The Mirage is a Signature for The Strip.
Agreed! The Mirage can be remodeled and upgraded to match any property in Vegas! Put the giant guitar elsewhere!
I know right we don't need more middle aged dudes with guitars
I last was in Las Vegas in 2018. It was also my first time and I stayed at the Mirage. Glad I did, out of all the resorts I saw, its the right blend of charm, class, and over the top vegas appeal without being overdone, like it goes for a tropical vacation aesthetic thats just right and has that early/mid 2000s vibes as well. the beatles, the volcano, the excess of palm trees everywhere, its perfect really. it isn’t as opulent as the bellagio, nor does it have the smokey vintage of older casinos like the flamingo and tropicana, but what it does it does right, and it will be missed. i feel like parts of the strip and vegas is becoming either totally run down with old buildings and homelessness, drugs, prostitution, scams etc (always has been just neglected areas are getting worse) or sterile and corporate, with gambling profits being way down, and the focus being more on business, sports, and leisure (business travel, tech bros, conferences, venues, sporting events, influencers, restaurants , luxury shopping, gentrification) tourism than wild vacations and parties. will miss you Mirage ❤
So sad to see that ending.
I agree
Lots of people are very upset and angry about the Mirage and its volcano going away.
I just hope Hard Rock decides to keep this one but use a Guitar 🎸 for the music .
Why are they replacing this the mirage is beautiful!
I agree! It’s literally a free show on the strip! Why would Hard Rock want to do this?!
I miss all the other shows that used to be along the strip. I think after this is gone Bellagio might be the last one.
@@ThePrufessa it's not gone, but it will be soon. The hotel is going to be torn down for a new hard rock hotel.
I saw the original Treasure Island show in 1996 standing outside on the sidewalk that was pretty cool
Will purposely never set foot on a Hard Rock property or purchase any related merchandise. What they are doing to the Mirage is disgusting.
So, what's the purpose of having this volcano??!!
To let people watch it, I don't think you've ever been to Vegas.
Rip show
It almost reminds me of Disneyland or Disney World 😂but Disney 🐭🏰didn't have that volcano 🌋show I wish they put it on Disneyland or Disneyworld or something?!, that will be cool of they put it..., 🤞🏼😬🙂💯
RIP (soon) to the Mirage. Its one of my more preferred Strip casinos.
Why RIP?
The mirage isn't going anywhere. Why are you saying rip?
@@ThePrufessaThis didn't age well.
Am going to miss this show

@@charronfamilyconnectthey are destroying it and turning it into a guitar hotel, that thing needs to stay up for like 60 more years😢😢
People are really overhyping this show.
