hi Angel B, Thanks for doing these design tutorials. I have been struggling with the grainy puff also. The shirts came out beautiful though. The colors are FIRE, even the one you call "throwup"🙃. Question, In your Angel B design with the puff, under the letter N and B it's kinda cut out and the letters in design fill in the space . Is that method called a knockout. And do you have a tutorial on that method in Silhouette?
I used a temp of 310 for 15 - 20 seconds and it came out smooth

I think different heat presses give variations of heat also.

What’s the difference with the cutters, Romeo, Juliet or whatever the names are, I apologize for not knowing?
For the Romeo and Juliet, it’s made by the same company but the Romeo is 24” while the Juliet is 12”
