Fun fact: To get soft boiled eggs every time...
1. Boil the water first
2. Take the eggs out right from the fridge
3. Pierce the bottom with a thumbtack
4. Boil the eggs for eight minutes, lightly rolling them around with chopsticks for the first two minutes.
5. Take them out and cool them in cold water (regular water, not icey either) and voila!
Perfect for Ramen like this one or simply a boiled egg with your toast
