I've been trying to contact you because of an error in the payment of the ticket I sold and you haven't responded anywhere I've tried. Please check into it:
It says the payment failed because I need to verify my identity, but when I go into that section it says "No action needed".
The show is next week and I'm afraid the ticket will be used by someone else without me getting paid.
I've sent you messages on instagram, facebook, your own website, email , tried calling, and trustpilot. And still no answer.
