- Meal Preparation is not hard at all. I wanted to show how gun and easy it can be, it will take time our your day to cook the food but it is so many ways it can be done. Hope you cook what we did and love it !

Thank y’all for doing this meal prep with us! This has definitely inspired me to do this for my husband and I. He is having heath issues that Dr’s have told him it’s imperative that he lose weight. And I am over weight and need to lose as well. I lost well before but it’s hard to get back motivated.
You got this! Take baby steps and don’t start off to strong walk with each other and cut back on times that’s unhealthy slowly. Both of you got this!
