Have you considered sailing the east side (winward side) of St-Vincent to get to Martinique. I am asking as I may go that route myself soon. Cheers, Richard
We haven't done it, but we know people who have and if the conditions are good, it is definitely doable. Our friends like that route more because it gives them a better wind angle to work with.
@@SailingSaoirse22 Thanks for the quick reply, I will consider that east route as , as your friend said, I think it would give me a better wind angle to beat the waves. Thanks and Cheers
Love your app you guys are using- Relive, how are you finding it? My Hunter is almost ready to hit the water so looking at navigation equipment and would like to find out about your experience with that app or others ⛵️🧭 🌎
Hi Adrian, so we obviously have Navionics on our Raymarine chart plotter, we also have the navionics app on our phones and a tablet, as backup. The Relive is a fun app to have for the purposes of our videos. We like it just as a way of recording a visual of our sails or hikes on shore. We only have the free version, which is very basic, but the paid version is probably a lot more powerful.
BEAUTIFUL VIDEO TEAGS
Nice places,great video!👋🤗
Thanks Maja. Lovely to see that you are also on the move now. Are you enjoying it over there?
