Are there any builders that will do all rather than one having to run around? Like if i wanted a 6 unit apartment building ... the builder will give you a price, you sign contract with final price and the place is done in about 6 months... the builder takes care of permits, lawyers, materials, outside contractors, etc....
All you have to do then is check on property, select things you like as tiles and fixtures and probably get your lawyer to protect your interests and double check their lawyer.

Do yourself research and build something to your standard but expect to pay the premium

Just like you would do in America, reach out to a local company and get the the insurance that you desire. Get a local Dominican bank account

An architect and engineer are going to charge you just as much as it would cost to execute the construction… I personally got my own plans online, gave it to an experienced contractor and came out winning
Where did you build and how did it come out? How long did the build take? What was the results of the feasibility test? How much did you pay for permits?
