Hello I have both c53 and c2700, c2700
Is alot more noisy on idle that c53.. when you listen sound from speakers

I personally have no idea which preamplifier is better. I can see that the price is the same . But it is good to know someone who has the ability to listen to both preamplifiers , Thanks for comment

I had checked up on this a while ago and it was mentioned that the tubes could be the issue. Changing to a new one might fix it.
