They could not build a house of this quality today
Spring time there must be glorious, with all that beautiful landscape! 🌲🌳🌻🌷
This mansion is beautiful. Especially the staircase. I can see Anne walking down with her flowing skirts & petticoats 😍
Beyond beautiful!! Wedding gift?,I'd think I'd die if that was my gift from shock and wouldn't be able to enjoy every lush inch of it!!!!!
1325 Lamar
(a location that really needs Positive Energies of Establishing "Centering/Harmony", to protect the Historic Value of Memphis.)
It is gorgeous.
wow i love the older style looks lika a lot of this old Victorian' & Brownstones the wood work is amazing i think they have more character
Still prime property. 💯🏡
Wow!!
Impressive!
Should’ve gone to the top of the tower and panned around with the camera
But nice New Orleans vibe
I’ve never seen this house on Lamar. Guess when I’m driving I actually pay attention to the road and these Memphis drivers, but now I’ll be looking for it.
I wonder if this property has been purchased? Very Beautiful.
Ooh my God that's a awesome looking house rich pending one billion in USA rare coins trying to cash in the day could willing to pay tha price of the house three times for all of the bill it comes with
👍❤
Not one stretch of Lamar Avenue is in Midtown. South Memphis for sure. It's like the stretch of Florida street they call downtown. Any area that's gentrified gets renamed by realtors .
That actually is in midtown
This is midtown south Memphis is a fucked area and you know it
A grand Memphis mansion with an interior renovation reminiscent of every single house in Collierville. No imagination.
Nice italianate style
Lamar Avenue huh? Was a terrible neighborhood 25 years ago, can only imagine how rough it is now. Nobody gonna touch that.
That's restored? You've got to be kidding. You hardly show any of the actual inside of the house.
It’s definitely not restored 🤷♀️
What? This place is modernized out the wazoo. Look at the kitchen. Other than a few friezes in need of conservation, the interior would require a good deal of work to put it *back* to historically correct.
Music annoying
Kitchen is the only thing that looks nice
more like a haunted house
Any house with this much history under its belt is going to have an “energy” to it.
