Thi sis my first time for canning rabbit, as I am pretty new to pressure canning. This is not usual in the UK, where we live. My husband got 4 rabbits, shot by his friend. He skinned and butchered ut for me and I'll do the canning. Raw pack with bones. Whenever I do raw pack, I always add some onion and garlic and a bit of salt. So far everything turned out to be super delicious.

I can tell you raise rabbits. You have scratches on your arms. My arms always look like Ive been in a war. At least in the summer time.

I (barely) prefer the raw pack flavor. I thought they were very similar, though.
How long and what pressure did you do the raw pack jars? Also what would it be for quart jars?
