You are my inspiration, too. I started following you last year and have gotten some of the products thats in your Amazon shop, but I haven't tried the sulfar 8 yet but might give it a try. Your roots always look so fresh and laid. What's your secret. Also, please share your next retwist with us. Gurl, your hang time is on point. The only thing I'm struggling with is that the front part of my hair is shorter, but I'm sure it will catch up on her own time. That's where mostly my gray hair is, and they have a mind of its own. Im at 14 months and my locs on my shoulder, but the front is short, as I mentioned. ❤❤
Gm from Florida. I've been following you for a year now, and I love your content. Your locs are flourishing🎉 . I will be 1 year on Feb 19th, and I am super excited. I tried putting on the loc sprinkles but I had a hard time. I will try again 😂.
Yes you are an inspiration. We started at the same time so I have to keep up with you! Same length and same size, and yes, I love that they move on their own now 😂😂 Gonna finally try those sprinkles next. They’re just so me! Keep up the good work friend 🙌🏽
You make me feel good about having locs again. I'm 15 months and have been feeling down about my locs lately - just not feeling very put together if you know what I mean. You renewed my faith in the journey/process. 🥰
Just started my journey finna be on day 2 excited but nervous but I’m working from home so it should be easy to go though this short stage love yours so much ❤️❤️
Your locs are beautiful! You'd never know you had a run-in with possible build-up. Also, I love your earrings! Is there a link possibly? I've been looking for some pretty, silver hoops that aren't super big.
Girl! I had the same thing happen to be when I attempted to condition my hair, regarding the residue. Dawn soap got it all out! Then I followed up with Dr. Bronners 👌🏾👌🏾

I just love your locs i cant wait till mines grow i am two weeks in but its frizzy are they suppose to do that? Please i subscribe love the information
Im a year into my journey. I used a new shampoo brand called “Made for Locs”. It’s an ACV shampoo, it was very cleansing. I think you would like it because the owner has locs as well.
This makes the 2nd time I've tried to do my own twist only problem is I don't own a dryer of my own is it okay not to have one or can I just use a hand h3ld blow dryer?
You can let it air dry with the clips in or use a hand held dryer. I don’t think it would hurt to use a hand held dryer just might be time consuming holding it.

I dilute certain shampoos with water first, especially if they’re really thick

Yes, it’s all apart of the process. Your locs will frizz and swell before being fully Loc’d. It will get better🤎
