I shot my first 1911/2011 yesterday, and no it wasn’t a Staccato but a Prodigy. I now get it lol. That thing literally shot itself. I had a fist size group at 10+ yds with a fast cadence, basically I was point and shoot. With all that said, I’m really considering a Staccato.
@@Tampagunwerx I love the grip, and that you can easily swap out side panels. It shoots just as good as the C2. The trigger is slightly better than the C2. The C2 controls feels more solid/smooth. Supportability/parts sucks for the DWX. I will get the new C soon, and I think staccatos are great for the price when compared to other 2011s.
I love the C2 platform its amazing 😊
Love mine! The tier 1 axis elite is also my choice for holster. But I would suggest getting the 2.5” wedge makes all the difference ¡
The C2 has a 3.9 inch barrel. The C has a 4 inch. Just fyi.
I have one and it’s almost perfect but after adding the Hero grip it’s next level and it takes prodigy mags.

Prodigy is a better first buy 2011. Cheaper. You learn what you like. You can build it out for cheap.
C2 is great carry gun. I just sent a slide over excited to get see it finished
Let’s go baby! We ported ours and got more testing done today. Shot like a dream!
Fantastic gun overall. However I traded mine in to get the DWX compact.
What are your thoughts on those?

Great points!! Every gun feels different for everyone’s hands and preferences. I can dig it!
