Great addition!! I love this one a lot. I have one myself and also was able to barrow one from a friend. Both were equally nice. Excellent video as well buddy!
I think you will be impressed even more with their other knives, if you try them.

I remember that video! You were one of the channels that prompted me to buy this one.
I actually have one other RCB, but that one will be for later! 😉
      Cheers, as always!

This knife is the coolest version of that pattern, IMO. First time I've ever considered buying a doctor's knife. I really like the wharncliffe secondary blade. Thanks for showing it off, buddy!

The Wharncliffe sold me, too. I wasn't sure about whether or not I'd even carry it, but the Wharnie convinced me!
      Cheers!

That is one beautiful knife, thanks for showing us this one,, I can always tell if it floats my boat, when I have to pause the video to find a UK supplier, ha ha,, thank goodness HH sell them, 👍,,
Like you I have virtually no use for the spatula blade, and that little Wharncliffe is a joy to behold,, 😊
Thanks again,, this one is going near the top of my wishlist,,
All the best my friend,, 👌

Yup, I got mine at HH!
The baby Wharnie is really what sold me on this piece. Had it sported the typical spatula, I probably wouldn't have cared too much. 😅
      Cheers, as always!

If I was to get a very budget Ettrick, which one would you recommend,, 😊🗡️

@@John..18 I'd suggest an A. Wright in Rosewood, as it's the cheapest model available...
HOWEVER, if you'd like, Moonraker Knives UK has Ettricks in some gorgeous Olive wood, which is by far the prettiest, I'd say. Especially considering they're around £30!
      Cheers!

I have a few doctor knives and totally agree....the Rosecraft version is just superior to anything on offer

I only have two others, but the Rosecraft blows them out of the water.

I made my first comment before I watched all of the video so now I must add I have read the law concerning blade length and it contradicts itself, in one part it says sharpened area of blade should be under three inches but in a second section it says overall length of blade must be under three inches. Very badly written law but you can bet the Police only use the second part so I wouldn't carry knife with blade over three inches, I have to agree with you about Case quality although I only have one the Copperhead, like your doctors knife there is a gap the full length of the liner and back spring. also the covers were rough and I had to smooth them with fine sandpaper, I have to say the walk and talk is good though in fairness to Case but I still think for the quality they are way over priced. Every revue I have seen for Rosecraft has been positive so hope they keep it up, rambled a bit myself but needed to put my two pennies worth in. 😁

Yeah, I recalled the laws being conflicting. That's why I didn't want to call it "100% UK Legal", as I was unsure if it could still get you into trouble.
Case tends to be mediocre, for the most part. I've never had a Case knife that's *'perfect',* but I've never had one that's absolute garbage, either. They're usually full of cosmetic issues and such, but thankfully, I've yet to come across anything *too* terrible...although the gapping can be downright awful at times...
Initially, I figured Rosecraft was just another passing (overrated) fad that had a louder bark than bite, but after handling a couple, I can absolutely attest to the fact that they are, indeed, worthy of the praise they're given, especially at the price.
      Cheers, as always!

Handsome knife I still prefer brass liners though, the only doctors knife I own is the cheap Marbles G10 orange and black covers, absolutely no blade play and stronger pull I would give it 4 to 5 just single blade which I like. 😁

I, too, prefer brass, but on this sort of "modern" traditional, I tend to prefer steel.
      The Marbles sounds pretty nice!
      Cheers, as always!
