You Should Investigate what the HELL is going on with the WIFI on the SAMSUNG S9 TABLETS (not sure what is going on with the new Samsung phones in this regard). is horrible! WORST WIFI CONNECTION EVER! Just google it many people are having a very bad experience with it and Samsung does not care at all :( Mi Galaxy tablet from 2014 Has way better connection than my S9 Ultra. Ultra wifi connection is Horrendous. My Huawai 5 years old phone has fantastic wifi connection in the same spot Ultra just say connected with out internet and keeps disconnecting. And my 2014 samsung tablet although is not that good as the Huawai phone is million years a head of the S9 Ultra. Many people are reporting this and Samsung just don't care at all.
Which would you suggest for a guy working outdoors/bush/home/work for daily use, im thinking of getting a tab instead of a laptop or is there a better option thsn the S9 series? Thanks in advance
I ended up getting the FE in the end. With the keyboard it still ended up being cheaper than the ipad 10th gen with logitech keyboard. I couldn't justify considering the S9 or ipad air since I only use it for watching videos and reading on it. I just hope the longevity on this is good (maybe 3-4 years) because this is only my 2nd tablet after using the ipad air 1 for nearly 10 years!

@@henihadjsessi5209 Screen is good but I set it at 60hz since I'm used to it. Battery is nothing spectacular and does need charging after a few days. Speakers are decent but there are only two compared to others which are 4 so headphones would be better. Overall for the price it's definitely good!
The display is good.. I have OLED on my pixel 8 and retina display on my macbook air, I can't complain at all. Good speakers and very good to take notes!!

I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 with 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage at a discounted price of $534. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and anticipate using it for many years to come.
I'm torn between buying the FE, iPad Air 5, and S9. The FE is affordable but lacks a good processor for long-term use. The base model iPad only has 64 GB, so I'd need to buy the 256 GB variant at a higher price and spend more on a pen. The S9 runs on Android, so I'm concerned about app optimization for tablet view. and I think for long term use and performance wise Ipad is best. I need a tablet for taking notes, reading books, and hobby drawing. but considering my requirements, the FE could also suffice. However, I'm concerned about potential lag when opening multiple apps, which could disrupt my focus on learning.

I really wish Samsung would make a 8 in tablet with the best specs like the tab s9 ultra. I always enjoy using a small tablet because it is pocketable and convenient. All the 8 in small tablets have horrible specs. They tend to lag so bad. Having a small 8 inch tablet with the best specs would be a game changer for me.
I got the S9 FE. Expandable storage, comes with S Pen, 5g option available, and people keep saying it's sluggish bla" but I never feel it that way, especially when multitasking. Gaming performance I don't know, I only use it for watching videos, movies & work. Battery life definitely not on the ipad level but I still manage charge it once every two days
The contrast between the display types really shows up while outside in bright sunlight- the LCD just can't compete. It's impossible to crank up the LCD settings to make the screen bright enough. If you can afford the Amoled version then it's always the better choice.
Really disappointed that I can no longer buy a tablet in the 7-8" screen class. First tablet I ever bought was a nexus 7. After that I bought the Samsung tablet with an 8" 1440p oled screen. I thought the size was maybe a bit too much, but it wasn't bad. Now you can't even get a cheap tablet with a screen under 10", let alone OLED. Handling a tablet becomes a completely different experience at these sizes.
I have the S7 FE and it started lacking alot and I hate that so so much. Comcerned the S9FE will have similar problems in the future but also my budget is leading to the S9FE instead of the S9+
@@renandabomb why would I pay double the price for barely anything new . I got my s8 ultra for £480 and s9 ultra sells for around £1000. The main difference is processer and I’m not doing video editing so the s8 ultra is plenty fast for me

Would love to see a tablet comparison between just the regular S9 ( Snapdragon 8 Gen2) versus the FE+ plus (Exynos 1380).. benchmarks, etc. I'm surprised this comparison isn't made more often since they're in the same ballpark of price.. and it goes toward how important the difference is processor is. For example, for pure web-browsing and using a 2nd monitor, is the difference noticeable between the higher-end S9 and the economy FE+?
Thanks for the videos you did on the S9 series! I have been running a Lenovo Duet which has been mostly okay, but hit or miss on some stuff (randomly turns itself off). I did not buy it nice, so now I'm in the market again! :) With your advice in mind - and discovering Samsung does an education discount - I got the S9+ with a $250 discount. I almost go the FE version but decided having the extra processing power would come in handy as the tablet ages. Hopefully that will give an extra couple of years of use.
I hope to buy FE+. Dont play heavy games, just need something big to take notes bit more creativity and read papers comfortably during my Masters degree. But i still wonder that should i go for a 2nd hand tab S8 + too. But same time i really like that IP68, because i might had to go for field visits.
you grouped the models oddly, in the sheet. Fe, S9, Fe+. S9+, S9 ultra.. i would group the fe's together on size, and then the s9 (flagships) together from smaller to bigger. Because the fe is a slimmed down version of the flagships models. Otherwise people might get the impression that the fe+ is better than the s9, which isn't true.

Thanks for your video, i watched few of them. Cheese i was so behind tablets, last time i bought one was in 2013. The Samsung Note 10.4. The only reason i bought was to write my notes, since i also used my Note version . I ordered because I not longer was able to upgrade my Tablet, I don't know how to root, but my needs are still the same, write notes, and read from my Kindle, i don't play game, i do watch some videos in RUclips, but i used more my phone for that or desktop. I do not want to over expend money. So I ordered the S9 FE 12.4 version, but i hope not to wait 11 years more to upgrade it, haha. Was this a right choice for my personal needs. Your insight are appreciate it.
I got my S9 a month ago and I'm so happy with it and all it can do. It was to pricy for the ultra and that's too big, but I got the S9 on sale for about 4k ZAR off in my currency.

Hey I’m an artist, I am trying to figure out which of these tablets (unless there’s a newer one out now since this posted) allows me to use the Wacom pen? I know some do I just don’t know which ones they are no matter how much I look it up sadly 😭
The only problem I have with samsung tablets (or any samsung device) is the default dictionary and how it can't be changed. I have an s8 and most of the time the collins dictionary is terribly inaccurate in a way that it defines a totally different word.
And you also got to split it up to three categories which one have an SD card which car which have a SIM card and which don't right cuz some of those don't have SD cards some of those don't have SIM cards some of them do some of them have esim

S9 FE plus is better for note taking because of bigger screen, also it is cheaper. The only cons is the battery life (8.5 hrs, S9 has 9.5 hrs) and the performance (S9 is 3 times stronger than S9 FE+). For video editing S9 is better, for notetaking only, S9 FE+ is better because of the screen and price. That doesnt mean it can't video edit though. Still strong just not the "strongest"

Hello. How common was it that samsung phone, stuck on (no command) with a picture of a yellow warning triangle when you should factory reset the mobile telephone? From the little google search, this was a common software error that many experienced on samsung phone. was this something samsung did on purpose? He usually uses PC for Roblox and Minecraft, he does not really play any high graphics games. Last year we got him samsung tab A8 as it was suggested it would be ok. If your main concern is note-taking, I would definitely suggest the S9 FE. I bought the S9 FE last month, and it's worth every penny. I mainly use it for note-taking and watching content like movies, sports, etc. The writing experience is smooth, and the display is quite good
Okay I also have to bring this up have you tried any of the super battery boosts it's not an app it's something you put into the system configurations and guess what these things last 8 hours 9 hours I have mine go up to 10 hours I have the Samsung tab 9 plus crazy but yeah all about the way you can figure your device

Did you paint the walls between takes or is the exposure wildly different? What is the real wall colour? I ask this seriously because painting walls black is not very common, though I have a studio with walls in black, white and two greys, for different uses. Thanks for the review. If i were you i’d go for samsung s9+. I have ipad air 5 (64gb) and i bought it purely for the same purpose as yours + media consumption (over s8). It’s been getting on my nerve lately because of limited multitasking and file management functionality. My brother has samsung s7+ and it’s still as good as new even after 2 years. That said, i heard ipad m2 has relatively better file management system.

Have you tried looking into the tab s8 plus?
Also don’t consider the tab s9 fe. Unless you know what you need to do
S9 IF you got the budget. Optimization is very good reviewers over nitpick a lot of times

I hope to buy FE+. Dont play heavy games, just need something big to take notes bit more creativity and read papers comfortably during my Masters degree.
But i still wonder that should i go for a 2nd hand tab S8 + too. But same time i really like that IP68, because i might had to go for field visits.

If you need it for notes or something else , go for it
you grouped the models oddly, in the sheet. Fe, S9, Fe+. S9+, S9 ultra.. i would group the fe's together on size, and then the s9 (flagships) together from smaller to bigger. Because the fe is a slimmed down version of the flagships models. Otherwise people might get the impression that the fe+ is better than the s9, which isn't true.
I just ordered s9 256 gb, how many years can it last? Ill use it mostly for taking notes, video meetings, gaming, social media, and sometimes maybe drawing.
Which would you suggest for a guy working outdoors/bush/home/work for daily use, im thinking of getting a tab instead of a laptop or is there a better option thsn the S9 series? Thanks in advance
Thanks for your video, i watched few of them. Cheese i was so behind tablets, last time i bought one was in 2013. The Samsung Note 10.4. The only reason i bought was to write my notes, since i also used my Note version . I ordered because I not longer was able to upgrade my Tablet, I don't know how to root, but my needs are still the same, write notes, and read from my Kindle, i don't play game, i do watch some videos in RUclips, but i used more my phone for that or desktop. I do not want to over expend money. So I ordered the S9 FE 12.4 version, but i hope not to wait 11 years more to upgrade it, haha. Was this a right choice for my personal needs. Your insight are appreciate it.
I got my S9 a month ago and I'm so happy with it and all it can do. It was to pricy for the ultra and that's too big, but I got the S9 on sale for about 4k ZAR off in my currency.

It's time for me to upgrade from my Tab S7 plus: I was going to get the S9 ultra but have been an increase in complaints about wireless connectivity. Would you recommend the Tab S8 ultra instead. Please advise. Samsung is offering $500 in trade on my Tab S7 plus for the S9 series. Definitely want the larger size but don't like that both are only wireless connectivity

The only problem I have with samsung tablets (or any samsung device) is the default dictionary and how it can't be changed. I have an s8 and most of the time the collins dictionary is terribly inaccurate in a way that it defines a totally different word.

The s9, s9+, s9 ultra have the same display. Pick the size you like best. Hope that helps.

Normally they don’t. I think what you might find is the protective cover that you remove before using
In my case unfortunately there was no screen protector
I bought the base model and it doesnt have one, luckily the tempered protector glass I ordered came at the same time as the tab. I dunno if that helps

S9 FE plus is better for note taking because of bigger screen, also it is cheaper. The only cons is the battery life (8.5 hrs, S9 has 9.5 hrs) and the performance (S9 is 3 times stronger than S9 FE+). For video editing S9 is better, for notetaking only, S9 FE+ is better because of the screen and price. That doesnt mean it can't video edit though. Still strong just not the "strongest"

Hello...I find your videos very helpful, but I am still undecided on what samsung tabet I should get for you my son. He usually uses PC for Roblox and Minecraft, he does not really play any high graphics games. Last year we got him samsung tab A8 as it was suggested it would be ok. Not really..too slow along with other issues. Could you recommend any model from this year besides the the most expensive ones, like S9 and ultra. I am thinking about S9 fe or fe+ or even S9, but then some people online say S8 is still great to play roblox. The size doe snot matter as much as the performance during the game. Some of those tablets won't connect to a external monitor. Huge miss by Samsung. I like the s9, this one can definitely connect to a external monitor.

If your main concern is note-taking, I would definitely suggest the S9 FE. I bought the S9 FE last month, and it's worth every penny. I mainly use it for note-taking and watching content like movies, sports, etc. The writing experience is smooth, and the display is quite good

Okay I also have to bring this up have you tried any of the super battery boosts it's not an app it's something you put into the system configurations and guess what these things last 8 hours 9 hours I have mine go up to 10 hours I have the Samsung tab 9 plus crazy but yeah all about the way you can figure your device

In the samsung tab s9 (any version of it 8gb or 12gb ram), for gaming on the xbox gamepass, does it stream on the tablet or is it just like a console like version?

bought a tab s9fe for like 600AUD, wouldve prefered a base s9 but an extra 300$ for oled and a bluetooth pen really wasnt worth it for me

If i were you i’d go for samsung s9+. I have ipad air 5 (64gb) and i bought it purely for the same purpose as yours + media consumption (over s8). It’s been getting on my nerve lately because of limited multitasking and file management functionality. My brother has samsung s7+ and it’s still as good as new even after 2 years. That said, i heard ipad m2 has relatively better file management system.
