  • A good circular polarizer filter is one of the very best pieces of gear you could purchase. There are plenty of reasons why you should always carry one with you, especially when you're photographing nature and landscape scenery. Here are just three reasons why you should seriously keep a circular polarizer filter with you whenever you head out on a shoot.

Great video! Thanks for mentioning that the cpl can be used as an ND filter. I'm a beginner and have just received delivery for some macro filter, cpl, and variable ND. Your video was greatly informative and much appreciated!

If I have a polarizer filter for 52mm and want to attach it to a bigger 58mm lens, what adapter do I have to choose? a "58mm to 52mm" or vice versa? Thanks! Great video!

+Murtumans you don't want to attempt mounting a filter with a smaller thread size than the lens itself. You'd introduce a significant amount of hardware vignetting. Rather buy a 77mm filter and use step up rings to fit smaller lenses.
