His stall is somewhere in Lajpat Nagar area Delhi (if he hasn’t changed the location). Though he was a small kid back then, his eyes had so much to tell. Respect to this guy. These masala chips are becoming very famous here in uk...my friends uncle started doing these at local market just on weekends and within months he is looking to open a chippy where he will do it full time now cause there's too much demand its like £5.00 donner and chips nowadays from a standard take away he does small, medium and large size portions large being like £4.00 ...different masala flavours and sauces ...chip shops can make a come back

He added spices like chaat masala, chicken flavored masala, and the sauce is ketchup, mayonnaise and green sauce (it is made with green chillies and yogurt).
