Guinea Fowl: Collecting my receipts as proof

I am struggling to make videos at the moment. I am having to negotiate turbulant waters at the moment.
They started to cut the grass on Thursday afternoon, whole day yesterday. I must admit it does look nice, just a pity that little lives could not be respected in the process. We have a municipal bylaw that birds nests and eggs are not allowed to be disturbed or destroyed. Who cares, right? The only law that counts apparently is that you are not allowed to feed wild animals. Who cares about the law that if you take your dog outside your yard that it must be kept on its leash at all times. Who cares about the law the prohibits off road bikes and quad bikes to ride the beautifully kept lawns in our park areas to hell and gone. There are special tracks for them where they can go and play to their hearts content without causing damage or distress to the resident bird life. But what do they care?
I am now making videos out of anger.
I will gather my proof and receipts to expose their lies. For this reason there are no music to this video as one of the reasons given for culling the flock is that they make a lot of noise. Show me a bird that is 100% quiet 100% of the time. The Hadada Ibisses make louder noise than the guinea fowl. Second reason was the flock is too big. It is 3 different flocks.
Third reason was they forget how to look for their own food. So they sit around in big groups all day just waiting to be fed. Utter nonsense.
I need your support more than ever. I feel very much alone in my battle to save the guinea fowl. To protect them during breeding season when they are most vulnerable and to save the flock from malicious people with unfounded reasons to achieve their end goal.

Oh, I'm honestly sorry that this is happening there, but what's worse is that you're the only one who cares. the only one who loves these wonderful birds and fights for them. I hope you find solutions and the strength for this fight. All my admiration, you are great❤
Thank you so much for your support. I am fortunately not the only one that cares for them, but few people are willing to speak out and support the cause out on the public platforms which I find sad. The haters stand together, but the pro guinea fowl people don't. 😢

Where did you get your guineafowl from
They are not my guinea fowl. They are semi-wild. We have a 23km (14 mile) nature reserve in the middle of the city. This has been taken over by bush dwellers that hunts and traps anything and everything that moves in valley, including the guinea fowl. So they flee to safer areas, but these areas are suburbs and neighbourhoods. I just feed them which has lately started to annoy a very, very tiny group of people.

It hurts Simone. My life has changed all because of one person and has really become unpleasant. I feel I can't even be in the veldt anymore as he loses it if he sees me there and then starts to throw all his toys out of the cot.

I love seeing the baby keets with the flock. I incubated 3 this fall and have to keep them in a separate coop until they are 3 months old. One is a Lavender color coming from all pearl parents.
Hi Stephen. Mwha 😅. I had an all white one, a mixed one - they are called PiebaId I think. There are quite a few colours and I believe the Lavender is quite rare and can sell for a lot of money.

Thank you so much. I have removed myself from the park. Something I have done for 18 years, but I have also opened a case of harassment at the police station. Now that they don't see me, things have quiet down, but my freedom of movement should not be hindered by a group of unstable people. That is just not right.
Are the same people who are complaining about your lovely birds complaining about the dirt bikes?
It is the dirt bike people that are harassing me, Tina. They want the veldt to ride in and they don't want the guinea fowl there.
They sprayed the grass on my verge with poison, came in the night with a hammer and bashed the water container I put water out for the birds in to pieces, they come in their bikes and spin the grass on the pavement out, they are the ones that pushed for the grass to be cut now in the middle of breeding season. He has split the community in half. They discuss me in a very negative light on the neighbourhood group. I have lived here in this house for 34 years and has been feeding them for 18 years of the 34. It has become very stressful and unpleasant to stay here. I feel like a trespasser if I walk in the veldt and like a criminal when I feed the birds. I can't make my videos as I used too. My RUclips channel is a thorn in their sides. I think they are trying to ruin my channel. They feel if I can't show the guinea fowl that I won't have a channel.
