i feel like sam will come back for 5th anniversary or maybe a chance of soocus moocus because it is in bear* and was added in the anniversary and the soocus moocus hoax wasnt even started in * it started in alpha so i feel like soocus moocus could be a new skin this anniv
atrocity's button is hidden behind the door in cheese factory, and the text from the NPC in the camp changed (as some said, i havent checked it out myself), so maybe soocus could be involved, as his design takes a lot from atrocity and other skins

Sam isnt randomized in the shop but the develops choice when to put him or not and it costs 50 000 coins
