    Nice vid, suggestions for next vids is to include exercices examples with footage of them, for ex: clip of single bound from a half kneeling position.

    Great video Matt, I've just discovered your channel and love the content! One question I have, do you work with athletes post injury too (i.e. rehab) or do you focus more on the strength and conditioning side? Would be great to see what you recommend for recovery/rehab (even prehab) too! Thanks

    The key part is “ you don’t know for what he is going to at the moment” , in his schedule everything has to make sense , that’s why he is who he is as a football player .

    can you help with inner hip/ groin improvement since mine hurts sometimes for no real reason, and it hurts for like 20 mins at a time

      I have Matches mostly saturday and Sometimes friday i completely forgot about that

      @@Flix_gam1ng hardest session should be Monday and Tuesday then, I’d take Wednesday off, then do total body Thursday
