I'm considering returning to over-the-road (OTR) trucking. As a former OTR driver, I switched to a local driving job two years ago, but now I'm feeling the urge to hit the open road again.
Why did you get into trucking? Do other family members drive also? Are you based in Winnepeg? It seems you get home often. That's nice. Do you ever read the comments? Great videos, good editing and good music choices. Tell us more about your day. What do you like and what do you dislike? And NO DONUTS FOR YOU!!! Good Job. Must keep good appearence.
Yes, lots of warehouses have had drivers pull away from the dock while the trailer is still being unloaded. Many forklifts have crashed to the ground while the trailer pulled away from the dock. !
I almost did that once. I was hooking up a set of doubles, and I gave it a little tug. The pup was in the dock, and apparently one last item was being put on it with a forklift. The forklift got caught between the dock, and the trailer. We got a whole group of people working with pry bars and we got it back up on the dock. Forklifts are ridiculously heavy!

北美大多都是一个人开，虽然公司比较欢迎team，但是除非是夫妻档要不然个人都不太喜欢。都是在高速公路和休息站，也不会去贫民窟，走到哪儿都是同行，没什么危险的。
