Wow, I did not know of this performance of "Yours is My Heart Alone" on the Sullivan show! Flaviano is also a Metropolitan opera singer I'd never heard of before, but you can be certain I loved this performance of the beautiful song! Thank you so much for posting it! I do know that Enzo Stuarti also sang it on the show and I'm really hoping to see his rendition someday as well, which I've never seen either. As another commenter mentioned, the original title of the song is "Du bist mein ganzes Herz" by Franz Lehar from the operetta, Land des Lächelns (Land of Smiles). It has been a favorite of tenors ever since it was written in the early 1930's, and is such a gorgeous piece of music. Thank you again for another great tenor performance! I hope for more Jan Peerce, Enzo Stuarti, David Whitfield, Richard Tucker, Mario Del Monaco, Franco Corelli, Sergio Franchi, etc.!

I had just returned to re-listen to this video and added more to my comment, to the beginning, and the ending in which I recommend a video by Franco Bonisolli, who sadly passed away about the same age as Flaviano. So you should check this out. At the age of 78, I am so happy to have discovered him. 😊😊😊 Marcello Alvarez is high on my list of favorites. And Maria Chiara on "Ma Mamma Morte" and other arias on a Decca album she recorded in London. Kathleen Battle and Jessye Norman too!😊😊
