Because his style doesn't 'feel' like conventional Trails music, it tends to deviate rather hard and is often used in a way/place that just feels out of place. If I hard to put it simply, could you imagine Hard Rock or Metal Music in .hack//? No, not really. How about Trails in the Sky music in Devil May Cry? That's the big problem with Singa. His music doesn't fit the mood/style at all. The songs are at the least good, but they are not fitting of Trails usually. The use of instruments just grates against what we've come to accept Trails as. And the JDK team could probably have produced better music while keeping the soul of trails in the instruments/playing - see for example Azure Arbitrator.
@@katomamundara8106 I hate to fucking break it to you, but Trails never HAD conventional music....like...ever. Each and every arc had a diverse array of styles that ranged from Rock, Techno, Classical, neo-classical, that one time in the Crossbell games that used House EDM, and...yeah. Trails the 3rd ALONE disproves your viewpoint.
@@optimaltt6070 I said "Conventional Trails". Even in their more rockish or metal tunes, there was a certain 'style' to them that made you think 'oh yeah, that's trails'. The songs were catered to each scenario or fight they were used in and meant to portray a mood. Singa's? Just tossed in to fill a theme quota. But hey, criticize someone who knows more than you.
@@katomamundara8106 and I said it never had conventional music, moron. It means the same thing in this context: there's no consistency in style; ergo, no "conventional Trails music". But by all means, pretend to have reading comprehension.
@@katomamundara8106 you probably already know this but when it comes to Falcom games outsourced composers like Singa never really get in-game context when making the music, so we can't really blame him. Oh yeah one more thing, I don't know if you noticed it or not but Singa has been making more and more "Falcom game" inspired tracks these past two years even though he almost doesn't get any in-game context, so yeah at least he's trying to "fit in".
Perfect theme for running around golden lala wonderland with my favorite Trails characters.
underrated
idk why people hate Singa so much super good study music!

RUclips recommendations, hell yeah
Welcome to the entire trails soundtrack - it is pure goodness
This track really gives me the Megaman Network Transmission vibes due to its upbeat electronic trance style composition.
Thanks for doing this! I thought you was going to answer my request for this track. You got a new subscriber in me friend!
This is awfully techno for some golden hills, not that i'm complaining xD
This is nice
This sounds something tht would be in Tokyo xanadu
Why wasn't this a Project X Zone OST?
sound more like ost form megaman battle network than kiseki ost
Unusual, but not bad...
